Short overview about my edging/pelvic floor routine:
I am edging on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Wednesday and Sunday with ejaculation. While edging I am trying to hold a ligth rk, which is going good, since where I started doing medative rks on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (started with five minutes and am now at 14 minutes. I increased the time after the third session with 12 minutes to 14 minutes, but this increase seems to be too much now, because I am experiencing iks through the day again. So I am going back to 12 minutes again I guess, for some time). This medrks I started in August, my pelvic floor is much more relaxed, I didn't even have those regular iks through the day (changing position in bed, leaning forward etc.). Since I combine these with pulling out of the STU in the "breaks" and stimulating the sweetspots until the cumming sensation subsides and desensitizing sweetspots dry on rest days, edging has become much easier (40 minutes of whole session, sometimes 30 minutes in STU etc.).
Now I have two concerns I'd like to overcome:
1. As mentioned in my other thread by jockinthebox, I overdid it with advance squeezes and am resting now, so it might be from that, but my penis feels much more sensitive. Is this from "healing" or from overdoing the dry desensitizing rubbing? I think it might be a little bit of both, I am refraining from desensitizing for a while too, but that raises another question as I am typing: Is desensitzing reversed if I am not doing it anymore regularly?
2. When do I know that I have to add kegels and back-rks to my medrk-routine? Because sometimes if I really have to go number 1 or number 2 I experience really many iks like the balance is disturbed. Is this because the rk is still too weak, or is it getting stronger than for example the back-rk?
Any advice would be really appreciated since I am really making progress here, but this are of concern for me now to get even better.
