ok i know that the major idea on this forum is that TOO STRONG PC MUSCLE actually CAUSES premature ejacualtion and that many guys need to learn to do the opposite to tensing the pelvic muscles - relaxing them aka REVERSE KEGELS...
well ill take the risk and go ahead and make my pelvic floor as strong as possible

i have a hunch that the solution for Premature Ejaculation might not be REVERSE KEGELS but a combination of VERY STRONG PELVIC MUSCLES and TIMING
i have this other thread where i basically became multiorgasmic and dry-orgasmic in about 2 months of training TIMING and learning some reflexes that can trigger full body orgasms without ejaculation...

so take this as an experiment to combine two unrelated skills (having good TIMING being dry multorgasmic with light hand strokes) with creating a RAMBO CLAMP strength on my pelvic floor... i will see if these two skills can go together...
i constructed very simple weight pendulums to hang on my erect penis and LIFT THEM just like you lift weight in gym... 3x per week, 3 sets, 6 reps, - incrementally adding small weights over time...
for FRONT kegel i bought components in local hobby shop worth 15 USD
for REAR kegel i adapted a previously purchased kegel device called MPT (https://bestforlife.com/product/mpt/)
- yeah you put this one up your ass
and squeeze to pull it up about 1-2 cm 
i use simple screw nuts as weights so i can add weight gradually and cheeply - its important to constantly challenge the muscles in a controlable enviroinment thats why you need to up the challenge every time the muscles conquer the previous weight...
here are photos of components and asembled - except the MPT device that must be purchased the other components are just very cheap hobby stuff worth couple dollars assembled together...

hopefully developing RAMBO STRENGTH pelvic floor (both front and rear) will open some new doors in the Premature Ejaculation solutions for me... i imagine that having a VERY STRONG CLAMPING POWER at your disposal combined with subsequent training on TIMING aka LEARNING TO USE THE ENORMOUS CLAMPING POWER might bring some unexpected results in ejaculation control... we will see
the by-product of the weight-lifting should be improved ERECTION QUALITY AND ANGLE plus maybe a little girth increase due to improved blood pumping strength...
wish me luck guys... i plan to start with 3 sets, 6 reps each, 3 times a week... in the first week(s) i will probably have to figure out proper starting weight to do JUST those 3 sets / 6 reps... the muscles must be challenged JUST RIGHT... also the FRONT (pubic) and REAR (anal) kegels have different muscle density so the starting weights will differ quite a bit between front and rear load...
