Questions about MMOs

I'm interested in trying this out, but wanted to know more about it from people who have actually reached "MMO" status.

First question, err... what exactly do you do? I've read stuff about "key sound technique" and other stuff but I really wasn't following what they were saying.

Second, how long does it take to master MMO?

Finally, how hard is it to stay having MMOs? After you've mastered it do you just have MMOs without even thinking about it, or is it something where if you're not careful you'll slip up and ejaculate?

If anyone can point me in the right direction to get me started it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have been working towards becoming MMO for a while (months) but I am not there yet. Do a search on "Dry Orgasm" (DO) and read the threads. Achieving DOs is a prerequisite to becoming MMO.
There is also a Group focused on MMO and DO issues and ideas. Feel free to check it out and join if you areinterested.
