  • I have noticed that lately for the past 3 days (with the exception of this morning) I have woken up with MONSTER erections.
    Yesterday I woke up with an 11. It was ridiculous. I usually lay in bed and roll over onto my stomach and aim my wood down-wards so it bends at the base. I couldn't even do it with that sucker. Holy crap.
    My dick is tired today because no random boners at all, and I was getting them like I did pre-PE for 2 days. Interesting, because I might be gaining again! But who knows, I'm just trying to stay consistent at this point.
    I like McDong's clamping idea about how 10 minutes can be unproductive, and so I did a clamping routine somwhat similar to what he does, and I loved it, it was awesome, going to keep it going and hopefully I get some girth gains from that as well.

      Like I've said before buddy, slowly with the bundled stretch is safer. Can't go wrong with taking it slow on such an advanced exercise.

          • Wow, I don't think I noticed this stretch routine you've been doing Millia. Seems really great, about how long does it take to finish your stretch routine? Never heard of lig pull thumb stretch though

            And man! Have you tried half bundled tunica tugs? I started doing them lately and LOVE them.

                Hmmm.. It usually takes me about 20-30 minutes on average. I watch movies while I stretch via my zune and I generally get them done within that time frame.
                And the lib pull thumb stretch is like a fulcrum stretch or reverse a stretch with your thumb, you basically stretch your dick out and find that "piano wire" aka your suspensory lig and use your thumb to put resistance on it while you stretch.

                No I haven't tried bundled tunica tugs because I actually just added the tunica tugs in my routine that night! But I'll work them in tonight or tomorrow.

                        Thanks man! And yeah I had to create a new stretch routine that would really target my ligs because I'm visiting my sister in Hawaii for 3 weeks, so I wasn't able to bring my hanger because I didn't think I'd have the privacy... Well I was wrong about not having the privacy sure enough! But anyways no hanger, so I needed a good stretch routine that would still beat up that tunica.
                        I'm not sure, tell you the truth. I want both, which is why I have both types of exercises incorporated. I want girth more, so what I might do is once I reach my 2nd goal of 7.0" NBPEL I'll just do a maintenance routine to keep the length, and then rape girth.. My 1st goal for girth is a mere 5.3-5.4 mid-shaft.. It's not too much to ask for!
                        A power jelq is just another fancier name for jelqing with a jelq device. On the bottom of page 23 or 24 or even 25 I got a pic of me doing one of them.
