    Sorry I should've put that in the post, but I was doing them for 3-5 seconds. I noticed that when I held them for about 5 seconds then my abs and poop chute would also tense up and flex, so I would hold them for less and then do the longer ones less times so that way I can train the muscle to be independent from my abs and poop chute.
    I've been kegeling for a couple days now, not as often as I should but I forget about them. I'm not sure how strong they are but every so often I like to stop my pee midstream to see how far along they've progressed (haven't done it since my kegel work routine).
    And Ulis are awesome. I do them at 100% and wowsers, awesome.

        About a month and some change, but I did them the past 2 routines and didn't have any problems

          Day 4 Routine (Last night)
          Switching it up tonight! Hand Jelqs - 150

          Notes: Nothing too important to note after that routine. Doin the Uli's was simply amazing, my JD is PERFECT for it, I love it. The great expansion that I noticed immediatly after each Uli left me in amazement. Shaft was red after hanging/shower and the head was pink, looked like a sexual valentine's card. I woke up with a HUGE morning wood this morning but it quickly went away because I was late for work

              Dude its so crazy though, I'm a sexual fiend I could easily have sex like 3-4 times a day and it takes a lot for my lil guy to get tired out haha. When I was younger I set my own personal best for masturbation at a whopping 13 times in one day. But I figure once I feel soreness or something of the sort then I'll tone it down when it occurs.

              Gonna switch up the routine a little bit and lightly stretch before and hang afterwards.
              This is gonna make it 3 days in a row with a hard routine, might make tomorrow a light night or completely off so I don't overtrain. I'm getting too zealous with this lol.

                  AHAHAHA.. Yeaaaa ... I was like 13 or 14 and just started puberty and discovered hardcore porn.. And yeaaa...                     Just realized the worst thing possible. I measured wrong. Completely wrong. Stupid ruler, even dumber me. I'm pissed because now I can't even be sure if I've made gains or not. Sighs, well at least now I know my true starting point.

                      Did nothing at all today for worry about overtrain. Nothing new to report other then looks like I've made a small length gain, hard to tell. ALSO veins are getting more prominent, especially when I start plumping up, the veins on my right side have gotten substantially larger. I would say about a 25-30% increase in size on the right side vein. I find that interesting and a Positive PI.

                      4 sets of A-stretches @ 30 seconds a stretch
                      Edged for 40 minutes (EQ ~7-8)
                      Heli's 4 sets
                      Hung 2.5 lbs for 10 minutes


                      Overall I'd say yesterday my body was tired, but my penis was the only muscle that didn't feel soreness. Could've done a regular routine but it's not something I'm willing to mess with, I don't think that my tissues are strong enough for that yet even though I've been kicking their ass lately. Anyways going to go into a proper routine tonight if I don't get any from the girlfriend. Gonna do some reading and look at some other things today and come up with a routine. Considering incorporating V Jelqs and doing sets as opposed to continuous repping and worry about technique and pressure tonight.

                      Edit: I'm pretty sure I've made a minor length gain of about 0.1 ~ 0.2 in about a week of consistency, how exciting and pleasing (:

                        So no PE for me last night. Went out to watch some boxing match.. Ended up getting plastered (compliments of high school kids with water bottle of vodka, nice). At the most I did some JAI stretches in the restroom 2/4 times that I went. Got home and decided that me being drunk and having my dick in my hands for non-masturbatory reasons wouldn't be the wisest thing in the world.

                        Going to read through the TGC thread during breaks from my homework because I've been putting it off.
                        Hopefully I can get some good knowledge from it.

                              With my hand jelqs today I did them very slow and deliberate, also using a moderate grip. which my penis felt an immediate impact, there were 5 blood vessels that I saw ruptured off the get go. I noticed that most of my focus during jelqs is along the side of my penis. My power jelqs were slow and deliberate as well, but with a more forceful grip. I didn't like doing V jelqs, my hands weren't feeling good after my workout and even though I'm only 19 I already have some hand issues, don't think V jelqs are going to be apart of my routine anytime soon.
                              Last hanging session my penis kept slipping out of the sock so I just said screw it. After my second hanging session in the day I think I rupture a blood vessel in my head? A black dot has appeared on it. =/
