Hey man.....I TRIED to follow your routine step by step and got all jacked up. I had to keep reading and still don't think I have it all figured out. Guess I'm too freakin old to put it all together in one session. ha ha ha ha If you can send me your vid, I would be greatly appreciative and my lil man might get it done correctly then!
As far as hanging, I either set on the edge of the couch or edge of a chair. I get better hang that way. I started with 2# weights and now I'm up to 15#. My goal is to hang about 30#'s. Love reading your posts, by the way. You are funny and have great inspiration for all of us! Thanks buddy!!!
