  • Failed and trying again

Yup, I tried. And it failed.

I started a few months ago with doing 3 days on and 1 day off until I reached the 90 day mark (off-days not included, only on-days). I mainly did stretches as I want to increase in size (4" or 10/11 cm is pretty small), but occasionally did some jelqs as well. And I gained... zero! Maybe a millimeter or so, but that's negligible, because of measure inaccuracy.

My routine, as said above, is mainly stretching: I stretch in all directions (with priority to left and right), hold for a minute and during the stretch I do some kegels. Always at night before I go to sleep and depending on how I feel on average 30-40 minutes. About once every 3 days, I also add jelqs and did these for 5-10 minutes each time. Maybe not really long, but my priority is set for length increase. No warm ups (because I do it before sleep) and I barely fapped during it.

So I have done 90+ days now. What should I do? Try again, with some changes in my routine (if so, what?) or do more advanced techniques?

Thanks everyone for reading and hopefully take 2 will be better!

I'm a beginner too and the one thing I've noticed from all success stories is they have ample warm ups and warm downs. They are extremely important for growth. Try again with 10 min warms ups and downs. Use very hot rags and keep it pressed against your entire crotch region

Some members advocate the warm up. Some never used a warmup and still gained substantially.
A warm up for all intensive purposes is to protect you from injury. It all depends on your situation whether a warmup is needed. Until you can recognize when you need one, always do one.

I never really felt I was close to an injury so I didn't felt the need to use a warm up. Does a warm up help with better gains or doesn't it?

I also wonder what routine I should try next. I have done 90+ days so my dick is used to this and I think ready for a more advanced routine.

You are just passed the conditioning phase so you are cleared to do more advanced exercises or such but I still think 3 months is not a long enough time to add them. I too gained close to nothing. Been experimenting for 9 months but nothing seemed to work.

I recently read up on bundled stretches. It looks like everyone who does them gains wonders. They are set as a girth exercise but you can gain length as well. I recently encorporated them into my routine and oh boy they are intense. I also suggest tunica tugs as they work girth as well but can help with length.

I think you may have a tight tunica. Have you read the TGC Theory? (https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...explained.html)

Focus your stretches around breaking down the tunica so that it will allow your penis to be able to fill with more blood and grow.

As for a routine, try Big Al's Jelq Free Routine. It's a great routine for just getting out of the conditioning phase.

You should be measuring your progress from week to week if your serious about gaining. Get out that ruler and get your baseline tonight and start over. At least you have sucessfully conditioned yourself for more advanced stuff. Seems like you have time and motivation, and that's a great start. Just don't get discouraged, are you going to consider doing the JP90 routine?

Digital, hey man, I've just finished the jp90. I gained a fair amount of length, I attribute the success to a fairly rigorous intense stretch, I think that this may be the possible downfall of first timers, or not. If you feel you have plenty of leeway I would increase the intensity of your stretch. I gauged mine by watching videos, I realised there's quite a bit of force, I started with moderate force and increased gradually, there's still some in the tank. I warm up with a towel for at least 10 mins. Just a few thoughts, good luck.

                Thanks for the answers everyone.

I figured I make a small mistake with measuring so I can add another 1.2cm (0.8") to my measures. This doesn't mean I have grown, I just made a measure mistake all the time.

                BPEL: 12cm (4.7")
                BPFSL: 12.2cm (4.8")

@XXRyanXXL250: I'll start measuring every week now. That might be a better idea to follow progress, however one might get discouraged if no gains are shown.

@Gainsearcher: That might be an idea. It could be that my stretches where not intense enough.

@willdta: So according to my measurements, the BPFSL is .1" bigger than the BPEL which is smaller than the .5" limit, so the tunica is my limiting factor? I'd say that my EQ is a 8 or 9, so it falls in both categories (Tunica or smooth muscles as limiting factor). I did have a 10 last night when I woke up, but in general it's an 8 or 9. What would be the best method for me right now to increase length?

I took a look at the Jelq Free Routine and I'll probably add the side-to-side stretches in my routine (however, the images don't work anymore?) and I'll also try to add a warm up.
