The squeezes were good today and saw a great expansion when performing them, so hopefully thats a good a sign. Got my stop starts back up to where I was before the change in routine so I'm happy about that.

, but thought I'd let you know I'm back on track. Had a lot of slip ups due to my frenulum snapping
, but it's all good now and fully healed. I've been going again for a few months now trying to get back to full fitness so I can get back on my old routine. Fully reallised what I'd been missing. So glad to be back and looking forward to getting some, if any, gains! My length is still 7.5 inches and girth still remains at 4.6 as well.
