    The squeezes were good today and saw a great expansion when performing them, so hopefully thats a good a sign. Got my stop starts back up to where I was before the change in routine so I'm happy about that.

      Been ill for the past couple of days and didn't feel up to doing my routine. Started again today and added a few horse squeezes.

      5 min warmup
      10 squeezes
      5 horse squeezes
      15 erect kegels
      16 mins stop starts

      The horse squeezes were amazing, made my dick look super thick. I've been reading about them and wanted to try them out but read that they are quite intense, so I reduced the number of squeezes to accommodate for that.

        It's been a while since I posted an update, uni has given very little free time and privacy to do my workouts and post updates. I've been doing my workouts maybe 3 times a week if I'm lucky. My routine now consists of:

        Warmup
        5 horse squeezes
        erect kegels
        edging

        The horse squeezes are amazing, but I don't suggest jumping right to them cos they're very intense, anything over 5 and my dicks covered in red spots and sometimes bruises. This is why I've kept it to just doing 5. I've also been doing 50 flaccid jelqs in the shower every morning.

        I'll be trying to post updates again, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still at it and I've not quit.

          Have you measured yet? What are your gains? This is your 4th month right?

          Also, can you give more details about the squeezes? How erect is your dick when you do them and what is the duration of the normal squeeze? What about the horse squeeze? Thx

            I haven't measured in a while unfortunately, I should be doing so every two weeks. I'm unsure what my gains are after starting this new routine, but in my first post you can see my gains from around 6 months jelqing.

            The horse squeeze is a more intense version of the other squeeze and requires a full erection.

            If you're a beginner and your penis is not conditioned don't attempt these exercises at all, you will do more harm than good. I've been doing squeezes for three months and I can only safely do 5 horse squeezes before I risk injury. Just check out the JP90 routine, it's what me and pretty much everyone else starts with.

              Hey guys! Been a while since I gave an update, if anyone reads them , but thought I'd let you know I'm back on track. Had a lot of slip ups due to my frenulum snapping , but it's all good now and fully healed. I've been going again for a few months now trying to get back to full fitness so I can get back on my old routine. Fully reallised what I'd been missing. So glad to be back and looking forward to getting some, if any, gains! My length is still 7.5 inches and girth still remains at 4.6 as well.

              The routine I've been following is:

              Warm up
              High erection jelqs
              Side to sides
              Erect kegels
              Edging

              Tonight I'm gonna be doing:

              warm up
              150 erect jelqs
              150 side to sides
              15 erect kegels
              Edging

                Today I did the exact same. Feeling good and really enjoying this again. Forgot how great the erections are the next day and definitely feeling more motivated!

                  Been a while since I updated, still on the same routine, had to have a couple of days break with exams, but trained again just now. Not getting enough time in to do the amount I want but anything is better nothing I guess!
