    Hi there.
    I decided to relaunch my PE career This month.
    I started 10 Day ago with the JP90 routine with the Bathmate as an addition.
    I will be updating my progress log every 7-14 days, or when there is Anything in particular that I would Like to share.
    My size stats are in my signature.

    Let the Marathon begin! Hopefully lots of gains and fun

    Just finished my routine for today, and it was pretty good. So far things are going great, my flaccid looks longer most of the times, and the ballsack hangs lover for some reason as well.
    So far, I've had plenty of time for PE since my study has not started yet, but it will on monday. So from monday on I will wake up At 5:30 A.M. in order to keep doing PE. I really hope that'll work. I'm also joining the AP90 program (Anti-Porn) from today

    About 10 days left for measurement, and I dont Think I've made any gains yet.
    But I've seen an increase in veins and longer flaccid so something's right.

      I finally had two consecutive good BM sessions in a row. Sounds crazy when you Think about it, but I had some issues with it.

      At first, it was the valve so I had that changed, Then it was the comfort pad ( its not sealed enough between it and the BM part).

      But the comfort pad problem took me so long to identify, until now. Now I stopped using the pad. And for the first time ever, today I had expansion after the session. Not too much but it was there. Great news

      Really excited for the measurement Day, which is in 3 days

        - Measurement day

        Today I measured, and I gained nothing so far. Zero
        I dont get newbie gains because my EQ has always been a 10/10.
        I Will continue with the routine for another 30 days with a little increase in intensity. Hope that helps a bit.

          Today I just upped the bathmate time with 3X5 minutes, with the last set being semi-erect. Really excited to see how that goes.

          recently I've had a mixed EQ. Sometimes its great and the Indicators are good, and sometimes not, even though i do the same routine.
          Maybe it has something to do with my diet, since its been a little off lately due to school time.
          I've been considering some supplements too, maybe ginseng or Zinc... Any ideas?

            wow its been a long time!
            Time has passed, and i managed to do PE for around every two days in average, I did it with the JP 90. I took a break from the bathmate because the eq was failing a lot when I used it. I guess i was not ready for that, dispite the very low intensity i used.
            I have gained nothing so far, but ive gained a lot of conditioning. I can now do JP90 5-6 days in a row and keep eq at 100% (I did that once)

            but no gains, so time to push limits. I will move on to the Looking4more's routine, which has a lot of girth work. My next goal is to get my average sessions up to 4-5 times a week. That would be nice.
            I will also try different stretches along the way. anpther thing I should do is keeping a good diet going.

            So next goals:
            - looking4more's routine
            - edging 1-2 times a week
            - crank up kegels
            - 4-5 times a week of PE
            - improve diet.
            - measure every 1-2 months.
            - explore, explore, explore the PE world.

              I have been sick for around 2 months now, so I stopped all PE. I just got healthy again, so I'm starting again. I actually got sick just after I wrote the last message, the one above. So actually nothing has really changed regarding my goals.

              So my next goals are still:
              looking4more's routine
              - edging 1-2 times a week
              - crank up kegels
              - 4-5 times a week of PE
              - improve diet.
              - measure every 1-2 months.
              - explore, explore, explore the PE world.
              - Better PF.

                This will be the current routine:

                - 40 Jelqs
                - 30 Sec Horse Squeezes
                -40 Jelqs
                -30 sec ULI's
                -Repeat twice.

                For PF I will do Belly breath combos and RK's plus Hindi squats.

                I will check on this routine a little later to see what works. maybe 4-6 weeks.

                  PE is done every other day right now which is decent.

                  pretty crazy that in my 5 years of knowing about pe Ive onlydone it consistenly for 3 months at the longest! Total my first goal is not to gain; its to keep at it. 1 years of consistency would be an insane achievement for me. Thats the goal! So far, my current streak now is around 2-3 weeks since I was very sick before that

                    Im doing progressing my routine today to the following:

                    - 30 Jelqs
                    - 60 Sec Horse Squeezes
                    -30 Jelqs
                    -60 sec ULI's
                    Repeat twice.

                    Just cranking up the squeezes a bit

                      I've tried to focus a lot on reverse kegels and belly breath combos every night, even though a reverse kegel is difficult. Bit its coming along.

                      Its still the above routine that im doing, trying to keep it at 4-5 days a week.

                      Im currently also working on a stretch routine, now that I have a squeeze routine. SOmetimes im too tired to do the squeezes routine because they need some focus to perform. Im not done experimenting with the stretch routine but they will definately involve tunica tugs and bundled stretches.

                        Re-zeroing the day count
                        The person who has read the whole thread might see whats going on; im inconsistent
                        . Long story short, i cant stick with it. I always end up stopping. And it has to be because I deeply dont want this enough.
                        I know lyself; I get stuff done if I really want it bad. And even though I say I want PE bad, my heart tells me differently.

                        im gonna be honest. I will not do a commited routine until im 110% sure what I want to do with PE. I've tried to work with it for 5 years and have never been more consistent than 3 months. Fuck that. Either I do it or I dont.

                        So I will put my PE work on hold for this time being. I will post something soon.

                          Restarting !!

                          Well here I am again. Just read an amazing progress log from beefster that made me start to log again myself.

                          So right now I'm doing Bathmate centered routine, mixed with some tunica killer exercises. Here's what I've been writing down in a diary from my relaunch:

                          I hope this it the time where I will see gains for the first time.
