Hey man! Nice start to a good log. Starting a new routine will take a little bit of time to get used to. Its normal to have longer PE sessions in the beginning so no worriesOriginally posted by ccfp View Postim starting this progress log to keep myself consistent and monitor my progress.

i also want to achieve much harder erections and develop greater orgasmic control so i can last longer in the bedroom.
i will be attempting JP's90 and depending on time constraints may have to resort to a mon/wed/fri/sun routine (1 day on, 1 day off)
11/09/16:
i completed my first PE session today. it took longer than expected. i found warming up to be difficult, due to the hand towel cooling down too quickly. i boiled a kettle and emptied the contents into a bowl with a thermometer, soaked the towel in it and waited until the temp dropped below 60 degrees C before gently wringing the water out and wrapping my penis with it.
the stretching was somewhat uncomfortable, my technique may be wrong or it could just be something i need to get used to.
when i had finished the session, i noticed some small red spots on my shaft due to burst blood vessels i assume. hopefully these will subside with time.
hopefully i will have time to complete another session tomorrow.
i will also need to source another method for warming up, as my current one is too inefficient.
. If you want to spend less time warming up, I would suggest the Rice-Sock method. Personally, I just take a hot shower every night before I start my routine. Then stretch and so on.
Don't stress about the red spots. This is completely normal and they will go away within 24 hours (unless you choose to do another PE session the next day). You are right about them though, they are bursted capillaries. They will heal.
Like I mentioned before, you could try the Rice Sock or hot shower for a warm-up.6/23/16 (Start)
