    whats up beefster!!

    I've taken a short hiatus. Still been doing some maintenance stuff, quick stretches, erect bends, ulis, and squeezes, but really short and nothing longer than a few minutes at a time.

    I will get back to it tonight.

            Im back, been very busy and haven't had much time to post. I am hitting my 90 days and will measure and report back tomorrow!!!!

                Still the same from before... No gains after my newbie gains. But, I've also been pretty inconsistent and only doing about 3 days a week of exercises the last 3 or 4 weeks. Honestly im happy with my gains so far.

                Im going to do JP90 routine. I kinda made up my own routine and didn't respond as well as I would have hoped from the jelq free routine. I think most of my gains came in the beginning when I was really strict to the JP90.
