  • BETTER EACH DAY Log

    Hey,

I've been doing PE since last year, in a non-consistent way. I would do it 1 week and stop another. Do 1 month, stop 2...
During all these months I probably gained 0.5'' (1.27cm) in EL.

It's time for a change and I decided to set goals and start doing it consistently.

    Today, 20th September measurements:
    EL: 5.90'' (15cm)
    BPEL: 6.49'' (16.5cm)
    MSEG: 5.31'' (13.5cm)

    Main Goal:
    EL: 7.87'' (20cm)
    BPEL: 8.46'' (21.5cm)
    MSEG: 6.69'' (17cm)

    Next goal - January 1st:
    EL: 6.29'' (16cm)
    BPEL: 6.88'' (17.5cm)
    MSEG: 5.51'' (14cm)

Almost everything I know about PE is because of this forum, I feel very grateful for finding it.
Now it's my duty to learn and evolve, in order to be able to share with you guys new knowledge.

Thanks! Wish you all the best!

      Good evening gentleman,

This week is special to me. After almost 1.5 years of discipline and consistency, I have reached 18cm (around 7 inches) in EL (Not bone pressed).

This is my experience and what is working for me:

To all men that are starting and men who aren't seeing progress, before anything, you must be aware that hitting your goals takes time. When I started, I was measuring all the time. This was a mistake. As I was learning pe and gaining experience, I decided that I would only measure after 50 completed workouts. Rest days doesn't count. After I started doing this, every single time I measured, I saw gains, which gave me a lot of motivation.

Keep a log. It can be in a notebook, in the forum, anywhere. But have one.

Set goals, realistic goals (another thing I learned from experience).

Your number 1 priority, must be EQ. Without a high level of EQ (8+) you can forget about size gains.

Sleep as long as you need, to feel energized. Some people need 6h, others 8, 10, 12... You get the point. (When I lift weights, my body usually needs 10h of sleep for me to feel energized, on rest days, around 8h).

During this period, I was on bulking phase, I was eating every 2-3 hours, at least 4000kcal everyday. I drank around 1-1.5 gallon of water. For the last year, I took only one supplement: a multivitamin. This helped me to get and maintain high testosterone levels.

I did sprints at least 2x week (this is amazing for EQ).

I avoided partying. If you party, you don't eat the meals, you don't sleep and you probably drink alcohol. These will keep you from achieving your goals. You need a healthy body, if possible, functioning at 100%.

Rest is important, it's part of the process. Actually, is during rest time, that your friend grows. Respect that and listen to your body! At the beginning, there was a time where my EQ was low, I didn't know why (maybe I need more intensity, I tought), eventually I realized, that I was overtraining. In other orders, my body was not getting the rest that it needed, for the workouts I was doing. So, I stopped pe for a few days and when I restarted, I lowered the intensity. It was around this time, when I learned the importance of EQ and started paying attention to PI's.

My workouts are very simple: warm up, stretch, jelq, stretch, warm down.
Always, always, always warm up before pe.
Stretch exercises for length gains and jelq for girth and EQ.
Like the mind-muscle connection, in the gym, you also need for pe. You must be focused and feel your workouts.
When stretching, you must find the balance between feeling a stretch and almost tearing your penis. I will try to explain. Always start slow! Gradually, increase the intensity. When you feel that stretch that is actually stretching, that's the stretch you want. You don't want a weak stretch and even less, a stretch that could get you a serious injury. That's why you increase intensity gradually.
About the jelq, nothing much to say: ok grip, start at base, stop before glands. Feel the blood going to the head.

Everytime you have the opportunity, stretch your penis (for example, when you got to the toilet, when you take a shower, etc.)

At least 2x week I do kegel routine.

Avoid turtling at all costs. When I go for a swim or during workouts, my balls go up and my penis retracts. As soon as I am in the shower I stretch my penis back to normal. Also, avoid tight underwear.

I am with the same woman that I was, when I started consistently.
Sex became better after my first weeks of pe. The size was the same, but my EQ was higher and I also could have sex for longer.
About my current size, she likes the girth, but I have to be very aware, not to go all the way down. Sometimes I hurt her. And it's not good, it can ruin the moment. So be careful what you wish for.

      1st February 2018
      EL: 7.08'' (18cm)
      BPEL: 7.59'' (19.3cm)
      MSEG: 5.39'' (13.7cm)

This is a lifestyle. You need to put in the work, consistently, to get results.
Everything I learned, was from this forum and from experience.
Thanks to everybody that shares their knowledge.

Great progress and impressive gains. Hope you reach your target this year and make a new goal hehe. Motivational stuff as well, great job. The place where most falter is, giving up too soon when they dont see the results they expect in that timeframe. I know its easy to say, but one just has to keep pressing forward. Thats the difference between success and failure. Once in a while we all loose hope, its only human. In such times we need to draw inspiration from the community here and posts such as this, to get back to work.

I gotta tell you, the gains are not impressive, impressive is the amount of hours of work I invested in pe. It really paid of.
My confidence is much higher, however, it won't solve the problems of your life. After all, I feel better right now. When I started I wanted to reach 20cm, but I feel happy at where I am right now.

There are no secrets, the information is all out here, learn it, apply it and do it consistently. Consistency is key. There are no short cuts. If needed you must be willing to go the extra mile. If you stop 1 week, it could cost you at least 2 weeks. The week you stopped, plus another one that you need to recover all the small gains that were not cemented and were lost. That's why this is a lifestyle. You do it until it becomes a habit, a part of your life.

mrplayer1984, thanks for the support, keep putting that work and it will pay of!

Great thread, the motivation is great for us all!

If I gain 1"+ within a year I'll be really happy haha.

Also, you mentioned you did PE on and off. I've read some people do Pe, gain, then lose their gains.
Did you not lose your gains throughout the breaks etc?
2018 Goal: 16CM EL, 13CM Shaft EG, 14.5CM Mid EG, 15CM Base EG
