  • Successful routine so far for gains (+ DIY cockring bonus info)

I'd like to become more of a regular on the forum - to that end, here is an update of my routine, over two months in. Full disclosure - I've been doing variants of PE for about 7 years, although not consistent until August 2016.

I plan to keep it up for at least 4-6 months as I'm happy with results so far!

I ALWAYS do a 10 minute warm up and 5 min cool down with a gel pack. I continue to use the heated gel pack while doing stretches.
    -10 minute stretching, 1 min each clockwise in the cardinal directions;
    -sets of 20 OK grip jelp, 30 VJ, 20 UJ (x3), at 50% erection;
-finish off with 30 OK grip (x1).

I do typically 5on/2off, or 3on/1off, depending on schedule. I've been taking supplements (L-arginine for years, but now along with Rhodiola Rosea and Pine Bark) more frequently, which could have impacted the results below.

    Starting 07/16:
    7.125" BPEL; 6.625" NBP
    4.75" MEG; 5" BEG

    Current 10/16:
    7.4" BPEL; 7" NBP
    4.85" MEG

Overall, I'm impressed to come this far in so little time. I'd like to focus on girth, and improving EQ (currently 80%). Caveat that maybe supplements have altered the data, might reduce stats once I pull back on those.

I've started wearing a cockring throughout periods of a few hours during the day. Once I'm more consistent, I'll post up at ECRW Challenge. I couldn't find the size I needed, 1.85", so I soldered one from lead-free solder coil, PM if interested to know more. It fits very comfortably, hasn't come apart, and works great for sex, too. I've made other smaller sizes for more variety.

Thanks to everyone over the years for advice, interest and support of the community.

This week marks the start of a more regular routine combining pumping.

Modified JP90, with added stretches and 3 sessions of pumping (MWF), and 2 uli days (TTh). The 6th day is a variable stretch/pump/relax day. 7th is off.

I will standardized measurement with a new ruler. The notches begin 3/16" up the stick, but I will not add those in, so measurements are underestimated from here out. For simplicity, BPELxMEG

    11.11.16; 7.5x5

      11.18.16; BPSFL @7.5 (actual). MEG 5
Note to self to remeasure BPEL, may be too high.

1 week of incorporated pumping/jelq. 1 more week before week off.

Hi Ptree and thanks for your decision to become a regular member of the forum. With your years of PE, you probably bring lots of experience and knowledge which will benefit many of us here in the Gym.

Your new "starting" length and girth is enviable to many here. Please keep up with your progress log so we can see how you are doing.

Have you done squeezes (ULIs, etc) for girth. I've had success with ULIs and clamping.
Pumping apparently has helped many, but I am giving that up at present because of too much bruising. I'm back into clamping instead which I really enjoy.

        So welcome and keep posting!

Thank you, getinbig! Good to be a part of this community after many years of being on the sidelines. It was time to get serious since I've had girth in mind.

I haven't had much success with Ulis, honestly, since I don't think I have a good technique worked out. I'd like to try clamping in the near future, but I'm curious if that's considered overkill along with pumping.

I'm strict about time limits in the pump, no more than 6 mins at a time, average Hg not exceeding 5.5". No problems with bruising yet, and I'll slowly lower the pressure (raise Hg) week by week and log it here.

What's the best place to get cheap and reliable clamps? eBay?

We're glad you're part of our community. I'm sure you will have many things to share as you continue your own PE journey.

Clamping is a fairly advanced type of PE so you want to make sure you are conditioned before you start. Typically we think you should have at least 3-6 months "under your belt" before starting to clamp. Since you've been doing PE off and on for many years, and you've been back in the Gym since August, you should soon be ready to begin.

I would suggest that you read Clamping 101 here at PEGym and then begin slowly. As far as clamps, you can buy cable clamps or cable cuffs (basically the same from the same company) on Amazon as well at Home Depot stores. Get a medium. I also recommend you get s silicone sleeve from LG Hanger. You can buy comfort sleeves already cut for clamping, or you can buy an 8" sleeve and cut it to whatever lengths you want. I recommend doing this. I use a silicone sleeve segment to help with my stretching. You can check that in my log by clicking on the link in my signature below.

Hope that helps and I wish you success on you journey here in the Gym.

No regular stretching today but I may clamp a bit tonight.

I did do about a minute and a half side to side stretches. These are new to my routine, but feel very effective...

How are they feeling effective for you?

I've added StS (about 125) each day of my routine for 2 weeks, I don't know what they hell I'm supposed to be looking for, but they make me horny. I've been doing it for the pleasure, I get fuller this way, too, before jelqing so nice segue.

I've read about other members doing side to side and for a long time I didn't do them myself. Having really gotten into stretching after using my Phallosan, I gave these a try. My stretching is now much more intense than it ever was thanks to using the silicone sleeve to help grip better. When doing side to side I can really feel that I've worked those ligaments...they're sore from these. I do these with a fairly strong tug and I quickly go from left to right. I also do side to side both up and down, not simply in the middle. To me tender ligaments imply a good stretch. I'm trying to be very careful to not hurt myself doing these...so no pain is allowed.

New routine this week, including squeezes.
                        Set:
                        Warm-up
                        JP90 stretches, +200StS stretches
                        30 jelq, 7x5-second squeezes, 30 V-jelq
                        5 min pump @9"hg

Set x3. Finish off with 15-25 jelq.

4 days per week. 5th day variable/maintenance, 2 days rest.

I remeasured BPFSL out of curiosity. On the ruler, it was 8"1/16. This is the first time I've seen anything above 8".

As in, I'm shocked. Does that mean that there is an 8" animal lurking inside me somewhere waiting to come out?
