          You'll notice that I ended up keeping my days changed where monday is a rest day and tuesday-saturday are active days with Sunday as a rest day. I was going to go back to my normal schedule but I decided that I want to keep using this schedule to give it time to see how it would affect my results. Also, I have been experimenting with doing my PE in the morning and then using the bathmate later on in the day.

                  I took my measurements yesterday and I gained +1/8" in BPEL. My EG is still the same at 5-1/2" (at the thickest part; mid-shaft).
                  My current standings are 6-1/8" BPEL with a 5-1/2" EG.

                  In my journey so far, I have gained 5/8" in BPEL and 1/2" in EG.

                    Hey my fellow bro-ito! Congrats on the gains so far!!! Also congrats on sticking to a program and finishing it. You should be well conditioned now and ready for more advanced routines (see my signature). Clamping is amazing.

                    You just about the same girth as me now. I wear magnums and they are actually a little snug sometimes. Sure you may not be able to roll the condom all the way down but you should fit in them now! Give it a go and see what you think.

                      Thank you for the encouragement. I feel great about moving forward. I am going to be starting the jelq-free routine that Big Al provides. I am also going to incorporate hanging with the corkscrew as well as continuing my use of the bathmate and phallosan.

                      As for the magnums, I bought a pack of them a while ago and have been trying them on to test the fit out (better to try them on alone when not having sex then to use them during sex and possibly finding out they don't fit). The girth of my penis makes it fit and hold in place but the head is a bit baggy because I discovered that Trojan Magnums are larger around the head. Maybe when I get more girth around my head, they won't be as loose up there. But they did keep on when I was having sex with them.


                      At the end of the first phase in my PE, the JP90 program, I rallied up 129 hours with the Phallosan Forte and 471 hrs with the Stealth C28.

                        So I began my new routine this past Monday and am still in the first week of it as I type this. As stated, I am going to be following the jelq-free routine. However, I also stated that I was going to incorporate hanging in my routine which I have decided to not include. At least for this round. I am going to do it for the recommended 6 weeks with 1 day on 1 day off. Since I am not hanging, I am going to aim to utilize the phallosan for 8 hours during sleep and use the bathmate each day. For days that I do manual exercises, I am going to do the stretches after I wake up and take the phallosan off. I figure the penis will be in an already stretched out position and be more pliable. Similarly, I am going to use the bathmate after I do the squeezes since I tend to get a real good pump going when my member is nice and girthy. I may make adjustments as I go. Right now, I am testing the waters. I am keeping my reps on the lower end as well to get used to the manual exercises themselves.

                        I have a couple days in the books already and I will include them down below.
