      I have completed this routine. I have taken my measurements after my final day and my measurements are still the same at 6.125" BPEL and 5.5" EG. I feel like I wasn't as consistent as I should have been for a couple of days have missed and I took a week off completely and that kind of threw my progress of the rails a bit. Also, I didn't really edge until the very end and my staying power has been off. Along with edging, I didn't really kegal at all. I feel like this hurt my gains a bit.

        Week 1 - Day 1

        Today I began a new routine that was suggested on Ultimate Burrito's page called the Girth Buster. Shout outs to him on the layout of the routine. I am going to start with a 1 day on/off activity of this routine for 6 weeks and if I like the results I get, I will do it again for another 6 weeks but change the frequency of on/off days. I have decided to add a couple extra things to this routine as I feel like I could use more stimulus. As always, I will read my PIs and make adjustments accordingly. As the name of this suggests, it's geared towards gaining girth over length but hopefully I gain some length as well.

        So for my first day, this was my activity :

        - Phallosan 13 hours
        - Stealth with a hanging session of 1 hour with the corkscrew
        - Stealth without the corkscrew for 6 hours
        - Warm up stretches of 10 seconds in all directions with 10 seconds of helicopters in-between each change in stretching direction
        - Power Jelqs of 200 reps*
        - Squeezes 200 reps
        - Bathmate 10 mins (two 5-min sessions)
        - Clamping 20 mins (four 5-min sessions)
        - Kegals/Reverse Kegals (50/50)
        - Edging with fleshlight for 20 mins

        * I recently bought the power j device for jelquing so I am now able to jelq without having the use my hands. My hands would tire out and the exercise would get old quick for me. This device makes jelqing more enjoyable for me and I have the feeling that it is more effective. We'll see how it turns out with time.

        As for the way I post my updates as I go through my routine, I am going to try something different by posting my progress day by day instead of accumulating what I do for each week and posting everything all at once. This is just an experimental thing and I want to see which way I like better. Let me know what you think about this new routine if you have any thoughts.

          Week 1 - Day 2

          Today is a rest day but even so, I decided that I could benefit from using my extender. I clocked in 10 hours with the phallosan. I was going to put on the stealth but I struggled getting it on and gave up on it. I forgot how hard it is to get on during the break-in phase. Even though I did the measurements to size it, I feel like I should have went up one in girth maybe.

            Today was a pretty good day for me doing PE. It wasn't rushed and I really focused in on what I was doing. In the past, I did many workouts with a lack of focus, usually after I been doing a given routine for a while. It is only the second day in this routine but so far, I am liking the layout of it even though it is still time consuming (which is necessary to grow).

            Week 1 - Day 3

            - Phallosan 6 hours
            - Stealth with a hanging session of 1 hour (corkscrew)
            - Stealth 11 hours
            - Warm up stretches
            - Power jelqs 300 reps (increased 100 reps)
            - Squeezes 200 reps
            - Bathmate 10 mins
            - Clamping 20 mins
            - Kegals/Reverse kegals (50/50)
            - Edging with fleshlight 10 mins with ejaculation


            I decided to increase the power jelqs up to 300 reps from 200 reps. I was feeling good doing them and I like how the 300 rep count felt. For the phallosan, I had to take it off due to pain. My penis makes it difficult to get the right condom sleeve on. The medium is super tight and hurts getting off because the loose skin near my glans gets stuck between the protector cap and the bell and the pressure over time makes it really sore. I get a good stretch with this size sleeve because I don't have to worry about losing suction in the vacuum. The large condom feels more comfortable but it often loses suction power in the vacuum because it fits loosely. I am trying to figure out what I can do to make this more comfortable without sacrificing effectiveness.

              I have found that on the days where I do PE (besides rest days where all I do is use the phallosan), my penis has a post thicker flaccid due to the exercise (I know this is "duh" statement but it is leading somewhere). This engorged flaccid state corrects the problem with the large condom sleeve for the phallosan that I have been having where the looseness of it causes air to get inside and hinder the vacuum suction which essentially pulls my penis head out and the stretch is lost. So with this, I know that I can use the large condom sleeve on the days that I PE. This is half the battle of me trying to figure out how to make the phallosan work effectively in my situation. Now I just need to come up with a way where I can use the large sleeve even on off days. My thoughts are either use my cockring for a couple hours to manipulate a thicker flaccid before entering the phallosan, or...get a thicker permanent thicker flaccid (ideal scenario).

                I decided that with my edging sessions, since I always use the fleshlight to enhance the exercise, I am also going to state which fleshlight I use each session since I have multiple ones. This is kind of just for the records to track which ones I last the longest with and which ones get the most use out of my collection. Since I'm on the topic of edging, I haven't set an exact ratio of days that I want to edge until ejaculation but I was aiming for every other day that I edge (which is only on exercise days). So that could be like 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately, some days I just don't have good stamina or my techniques aren't strong enough for my urge to release. Today was one of those days as I was trying to hit 20 mins, I spent the last minute really going at it and it lead me to release.

                      I've decided that I am just going to always use the large sleeve condom for the phallosan even if I have to keep fighting against it when the vacuum loses suction. I come to this conclusion because whenever I take the medium sleeve off when I use it, it becomes a painful process and I'm not beat for that. Rather be safe than sorry.

                        Really amazing girth gains, keep it up.

                        I made the exact same goal when I started PE. Fitting into a magnum condom is just such a huge milestone. And the look on a woman’s face has got to be priceless.

                        I read online that 5.1 inches of girth is enough to fit a magnum comfortably. Have you tried one yet? You’re already 5.5 and going for 6... you’re going for broke!

                          I have two things to comment on. The first, I've had a little bit of sensitivity right below my glans that became itchy. It was most prominent after I took the stealth off and while using the bathmate. It went away and then started to itch again after I first put the phallosan back on. It went away but I think it might have just been forming between wearing the phallosan and stealth all day. I'll keep an eye out on it.

                          The second thing I wanted to address was the issue I have been having with my stamina. My goal is to ejaculate like every other session of ON days. Unfortunately, I've been struggling with my staying power and the techniques to stop it. As a result, I've been cumming every time in the past couple edging sessions. This is something I'll need to work on.

                            Oh yeah. I might have forgot to mention it on here but I have been trying on magnum condoms periodically during the early phases of starting up. And to be honest, I've learned that I can fit in them without having to stress about slipping out (I actually used them during sex for the ultimate test). The thing I found out is though that the head in the trojan magnums is a little larger which on me, it is a little baggy at the head but tighter around the middle/bottom shaft. I read around and there are other condom options from competing brands that make their "magnum" alternatives a little different around the head. lol the funny thing is, my name is "ProjectMagnum" but now that I can put them on, I guess now my goal is to outgrow them.

                                I have a couple things that I want to comment on. It is technically one problem that I have had today that interfered with many of the different exercises that I did today and that is : irritation. I won't call it painful as much as I would discomforting. I had to cut my phallosan session short because I kept getting this really annoying itching sensation which started to become a sore feeling in the lower glans. I've mentioned that this has been a sensation I had the other day and it is continuing so I am taking this as a negative PI. My bathmate session was the worst that I have ever had. Just terrible. I decided that I was going to end my day with clamping and not get into kegals and edging. I'm also not going to use the phallosan later on tonight or wear the stealth tomorrow for my rest day. I want to see how my penis feels without anymore applied stimulus. I'm giving it a true rest day without even a passive stimulus.
