I'm back for round two! Here is my original thread from well over a year ago outlining my success from the first ninety days of PE.
Results summary from my previous routine:
BPEL: 6.44" to 6.93" (7.53% length increase)
MEG: 4.93" to 5.27" (6.60% girth increase)
I measured myself today three times, and here are some starting notes.
My length has increased to just over 7" BPEL. I believe this was a result of losing a substantial amount of weight in the past year thus reducing the thickness of my pubic fat pad.
I have lost some girth. Averaging my three measurements, I am now roughly 5.14". I attribute this loss from not doing maintenance work after my first routine. Considering I started at 4.93", I'm still very happy with these solid lasting gains.
Target:
I plan on doing exercises that focus primarily on girth. I'm happy with my flaccid and erect length (and so is my girl).
Goal:
I would like to increase my girth past what was achieved during the first PE routine. I'm aiming for anywhere between 5.3" and 5.5". I am perfectly content with maintaining my current length.
Duration:
I will be performing this routine for six months after which I will follow up with two months of lighter maintenance workouts. I will then take a two or three month break.
Here is what my kick-off routine looks like. Note that I am intentionally avoiding pumping and clamping as I believe these exercises have contributed to excessive discoloration which took months to fix.
Warm-up:
Twenty minutes in front of an infrared heat lamp.
The first ten minutes will be focused on evenly heating my unit with very light stretching and kegels.
The following ten minutes I will perform one minute bundled stretches with IR heat. Each minute I will switch rotation direction.
Main Exercise:
I will start with ten minutes of ultimate jelqing (UJ),
I will then do ten minutes of ultimate v-jelqing (UVJ).
Finally, I will finish off with 10 minutes of very slow jelqs with an 80-90% erection level. Each jelq will last at least 30 seconds.
Cool-down:
Simply maintain a very strong erection for five minutes (ballooning).
I will be performing this routine two days on, one day off. If I notice negative PIs, I will take additional rest days until I'm 100% ready to go again. I will also be counting the days I workout to include with my final results.
I should also note that I will not be masturbating during this six month period at all but I will continue to have sex regularly. I've been doing NoFap for a few months now and I feel like it has significantly improved me as a man.
