So, starting this log. I've done the JP90 on and off for about a year or two to starting thing, my breaks took way longer than I'd like to admit. I've tried several other beginner routines during those breaks but this feels to be the most effective for me. Worked my way up to current routine by doing a 1 on/3 off schedule a month or two prior to starting this log, minus edging.

Routine: 10 min heat pad warm up
Modded JP90 (Added 20 V-Jelqs/Set; Done in the "morning")
10 min heat pad warm down
20 Min Sub-PONR Edging (Before bed)
Supplements: 1 a day men's gummies; 3 Mg B12; 50 Mg Zinc; 1000 Mg L-Arginine
Post-workout PIs: Larger flaccid hang up until warm down and less turtling while standing. No pain or soreness afterwards. 30 mins after workout, turtling while sitting diminished.
Follow-on PIs: N/A (Updates start tomorrow)
Remarks: Finally found what I think might be the right EL and grip strength for my standard jelqs. Shaft plumped up some between hands and actually felt it moving up to glans. 40-50% EL allowed for blood to enter and not completely escape while jelqing. V-Jelqs remained same (50% EL, sitting). After workout flaccid hang looked like the beginning of a big, veiny, triumphant joker.....minus the triumphant part.
