    So, starting this log. I've done the JP90 on and off for about a year or two to starting thing, my breaks took way longer than I'd like to admit. I've tried several other beginner routines during those breaks but this feels to be the most effective for me. Worked my way up to current routine by doing a 1 on/3 off schedule a month or two prior to starting this log, minus edging.

    Routine: 10 min heat pad warm up
    Modded JP90 (Added 20 V-Jelqs/Set; Done in the "morning")
    10 min heat pad warm down
    20 Min Sub-PONR Edging (Before bed)

    Supplements: 1 a day men's gummies; 3 Mg B12; 50 Mg Zinc; 1000 Mg L-Arginine

    Post-workout PIs: Larger flaccid hang up until warm down and less turtling while standing. No pain or soreness afterwards. 30 mins after workout, turtling while sitting diminished.

    Follow-on PIs: N/A (Updates start tomorrow)

    Remarks: Finally found what I think might be the right EL and grip strength for my standard jelqs. Shaft plumped up some between hands and actually felt it moving up to glans. 40-50% EL allowed for blood to enter and not completely escape while jelqing. V-Jelqs remained same (50% EL, sitting). After workout flaccid hang looked like the beginning of a big, veiny, triumphant joker.....minus the triumphant part.

    Post-workout PIs: Larger hanging flaccid, looked pumped up until warm down. No turtling after warm down and no soreness

    Follow-on PIs: Little to no turtling while seated or using the restroom at work.

    Remarks: Did the edging this morning before going to sleep. Woke up and maintained a somewhat constant semi which made the helicopters and stretching. Added Pygeum and Lecithin to supplements,

      I'm not dead....

      Family issues kinda took up the last two months so hadn't been exercising. Anyways, now to pick up where I left off.

      Current stats (Measured 22 Dec)

      NBPEL: 4.5

      Supplements: None. Stopped when health issues popped up. Possibly getting too much in my system

      Remarks: Nothing significant. Tried to maintain erection level and grip strength noted in previous entry. Level was slightly difficult to maintain, had to regain during jelqs and wait for it to go down during v-jelqs.

        (27 Dec 16: Worked a double yesterday, haven't figured out how to get a workout in while in an office building yet.)

        Post-workout PIs: Longer hanging flaccid, slightly plumped after workout. Very little turtling after warm down and no soreness.

        Follow-on PIs: Longer hanging flaccid, but it's been warm lately.
        Remarks: Nothing significant. Mind kept going in the gutter while jelqing so took a bit longer than necessary.

          Post-workout PIs: Same as yesterday. Very little turtling after warm down but appeared slightly girthier and no soreness.

          Follow-on PIs: Slight retraction throughout the day after gym workout

          Remarks: Learning to maintain erection level better through imagery. Smaller veins starting to appear during exercises with no pain. Penis felt "just beyond max capacity" after final set of jelqs and v-jelqs. Went away during warm down though.

            Post-workout PIs: Same as yesterday. No turtling after warm down, looked normal size and no soreness.

            Remarks: Difficulty keeping a consistent level of erection (sometimes too hard, sometimes too soft). Smaller veins didn't appear this time. Penis felt "just beyond max capacity" after final set of jelqs and v-jelqs. Went away during warm down though. Not 100% sure if using too much force when I can feel pressure in the glans (not painful, just full) or if that's my indicator of doing it perfectly.

                    Follow-on PIs: Flaccid looks a bit thicker and has been hanging for freely. Slight turtling and involuntary kegels at random times.

                    Remarks: Had difficulty maintaining steady erection level so took longer than normal, this time I was getting too erect. Did jelqs at about 45-ish percent erection.Focused on technique to get the "full" feeling in the glans for each rep which I think I did pretty well with the regular jelqs, v-jelqs need a bit of work. Starting to get involuntary kegels again and randomly went half mast at times since last session.

                      Post-workout PIs: Longer hanging flaccid, noticeable plumpness (looked and felt) after workout. Very little turtling after warm down and no soreness. Plumpness went away during warm down.

                      Follow-on PIs: Flaccid looks a bit thicker and has been hanging for freely. Slight turtling and involuntary kegels at random times, especially when sitting.

                      Remarks: Believe I'm starting the get the technique down for regular jelqs, Felt a good push up during jelqs and fullness in glans. When switch between sets, even at completely flaccid penis looked and felt slightly engorged. V-jelqs still need some work, but slowly getting it.

                          Follow-on PIs: Longer hanging flaccid, with turtling.

                          Remarks: Rest days. Attempting to take L-Arginine again primarily for blood pressure but adding it since it's supposed to work as a vasodilator for other things as well. Noticing penis seems less "stiff" when flaccid (not hard flaccid, just more malleable for lack of better term) and tends to just flop out more.

                            Remarks: Noticed during helicopter shakes and stretches that there felt like more to spin and stretch. Erection level stayed fairly steady during jelqs though tended more towards increasing instead of decreasing.

                              Remarks: Nothing really significant, but flaccid girth afterwards has been looking fuller (didn't measure, so I might be looking the girth tinted glasses) even during seated turtling.
