Decent workout,
stretches in all directions, 3 sets of jelqs, 2 sets v jelqs and some erect bends away from curve.
Noticed some swelling around the circumcision area, but dont think its major.

really want a bigger flaccid hang so will start doing kegels through the day too. Hopefully next workout on wednesday
