As some of you may have seen, I have recently completed my first month (31 days) of Jp's routine (5 on 2 off) and have seem absolutely no gains despite steadfast dedication. Im not really upset about the lack of gains because I realize that it may take longer (and i dont have penis ADD) , however, I'm a bit set back by the lack of feedback regarding my situation. it seems a bit unreasonable for me to increase my routine since on top of Jp's routine I stretch many times throughout the day and add ulis and horse squeezes applying the Ultimate jelq method to erect jelqs, and even trying the mandingo stretch a few times per week (very advanced for a beginner.... i know). Being a former NCAA athlete, semi pro baseball play, and avid weightlifter I realize all the intricacies of the fine line between overtraining... doing harm.. and doing good. at no point, and I repeat, *at no point* did my penis feel, look, or even so much as smell overworked. I had almost exclusively positive PI's , and I continues to have sex 6,7,sometimes 8 times per week on any given week. as of now I'm a bit in the dark as to where to go from here as far as my routine. PLEASE some feedback.. any ideas are welcome.
