    As some of you may have seen, I have recently completed my first month (31 days) of Jp's routine (5 on 2 off) and have seem absolutely no gains despite steadfast dedication. Im not really upset about the lack of gains because I realize that it may take longer (and i dont have penis ADD) , however, I'm a bit set back by the lack of feedback regarding my situation. it seems a bit unreasonable for me to increase my routine since on top of Jp's routine I stretch many times throughout the day and add ulis and horse squeezes applying the Ultimate jelq method to erect jelqs, and even trying the mandingo stretch a few times per week (very advanced for a beginner.... i know). Being a former NCAA athlete, semi pro baseball play, and avid weightlifter I realize all the intricacies of the fine line between overtraining... doing harm.. and doing good. at no point, and I repeat, *at no point* did my penis feel, look, or even so much as smell overworked. I had almost exclusively positive PI's , and I continues to have sex 6,7,sometimes 8 times per week on any given week. as of now I'm a bit in the dark as to where to go from here as far as my routine. PLEASE some feedback.. any ideas are welcome.

    You have only been at it a month right? And your already doing horse squeezes, erect jelqing, etc? Why?

      Well I read most of the articles on exercises and wanted to try a few of the more advanced ones just for fun, after that particular PE session my penis felt absolutely fine, the next day, fine. waited a few more days and a few more PE sessions and tryed them again, and once more felt and looked fine. So eventually I started doing them in about half to three quarters of my PE sessions.

      Why so curious? from most everything Ive read the concensus seems to be "let your penis tell you what is too much", and mine said this is just fine.

        Your right here, BUT, it's also blasted all over the site, that you should go slow and work your way up to these exercises.
        I seen in your log where Pirate suggested you increase your warming time, Thats good advice.

        I understand that you want it fast man, but all the vets here suggest you look at it as a marathon, not a sprint race. Maybe one of them will chime in here. Good luck

          I am most definately entertaining the idea of a longer (posibly much longer) warmup, and yes, to get some educated Ideas is exactly what I'm looking for. Pirate has also eluded to the fact that 2 on 1 off or a decrease in PE frequency may be beneficial, however, the fact that my penis was able to at the very least properly handle these advanced techniques leaves me at a loss as for what to do. I realize its a marathon, I've tried to make that clear. What I DO NOT want to do is waste these next 4 weeks because I didnt move to a more 'correct for me' routine.

            Use a rick sock for the warm up, its 20-25 minutes of constant heat directly applied to the penis and it will be very helpful, i just started using the rice sock today and its awesome.. Google it if you dont know how to make a rice sock

              I understand man. Maybe one of the mod's here that have alot more experience will jump in and give you advice about your aproach to it. I do admire your enthusiasm .

                IMO, I found that jelqing only, trains the penile tissue for stronger workouts the best. Then again I like things simple and direct. What I did was just jelq only for 10 min. making sure your 80% erect. Build that time up to 1/2 hour over a month or two. It made me ready for more stringent workouts, also my flaccid state was longer and the Glans was more pronounced. If jelqing is done correctly. FYI

                    You might be trying to do too much too soon. I'm not sure.
                    You also could have a penis of rediculous endurance like mine, I've already incorporated uli's and horse squeezes after ~2 weeks of consistent PE and a little over a month of inconsistent PE.
                    Have you added times/reps to your routine over the last month?
                    It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

                      no not really, for my second month im gonna try 2 on 1 off and a lighter routine. also gonna warmup for 10 or so mins, down for 5, and use bio oil for lube. lets see what happens.
