That darn PMO.. I'm telling ya! Okay, maybe it's not the PMO that I was craving.. maybe it was the plateau edging. Today is day 2 of no PMO, and this time I'm attacking things with different tactics, and it's working!
Instead of choking the cranky banana when he aggravates me for attention, I simply just kegel him to death. Yup! No more PMO for me. No more direct stimulation of all those wonderful nerve endings in the circ scar. No more! Either kegels, or slow pushups.. mostly kegels though.
Although it's only day 2, after only a couple short relapses, I honestly feel that doing all these kegels are keeping me from flat lining, like I did in the very beginning of this journey; I wasn't doing kegels then. Will update on that at a later date.
