And just finished another workout!
Day 15: 29/12-16
Nice thorough warmup (10ish minutes)
4x 10 sec stretches to all sides(with increasing intensity)
4x 15 sec stretches to all sides(last 2 sec of each stretch= very intense)
35x V Jelqs (some slow and some faster, but more intense)
35x Normal Jelqs (-..-)
30 sec slow and intense stretching in a circle
2 minutes of warmdown
Super glad about the process. My penis feels much more conditioned and ready to progress. As my general intensity overall today was quite an increase compared with my previous workout, i'm gonna make sure that i warmup very good tomorrow, and use the first minutes of my workout to find out if i need to take a rest day immediately instead of 2-1 as i'm on right now.
That was it for right now guys! Will probably update again within 24 hours

DId a workout!
Warmup: 5 minutes
workout:
4x 11 sec stretches to all sides (quite intense)
4x 15 sec stretches to all sides (a little less intense)
38 V-Jelqs
Normally i would do the same amount of normal jelqs as V-jelqs, but because they feel a lot more intense no matter how i do em, i ended up once again with a little pain and too much of unwanted intensity.
did 22 normal jelqs before i finished the workout.
Warmdown was like 4 minutes

all around swinging for 30 sec (high intensity)
37 V jelqs
and
40 normal Jelqs
These fucking normal jelqs are a lot more intense than v jelqs i feel, am i the only one experiencing this? :O
Warmdown for 5 minutes (ish) This was two days ago, so this is only close to the real workout process, not fully accurate.
Have to kick myself in tha ballz and update after each workout!

Hi guys!
I just finished a workout!
Woho! BIgur dick comen refl
Warmup: 5 minutes fully warm everyone on groin area
4x11 sec stretches all sides
4x16 sec stretches all sides
1x 30 sec stretching to NW, SE, NE, SW (between the other four normal sides)
30 sec all around swing with high intensity
(helicopter shakes inbetween the different sets)
Last part of the workout consisted of:
37 V-jeqls and 40 Normal-jelqs
Then did a 5 minute warmdown.
I must say when i stand and warmup, getting ready for a workout, my urges for masturbation (You are probably familiar with this experience yourself) gets fricken strong, but i don't give in! I am committed as fuck to get a huge cock.
Btw if any of you are interested in my goals.
Anything, but 8 Nbpel and what follows as BPEL is my ULTIMATE Goal

Thank you so much for reading bro it is also for you guys i keep updating this! And ok, i guess i should progress slower with the normal jelqs maybe? Overall i am quite confused as to my intensity and time progression, but i have found a tactic if i feel just slight sore when starting a workout, i do not. I take that as a sign of my penis still recovering! What's your measurements bruder? Or do you have a log where you say it? Just go measure urself again for me plis i'm obsessed with penuses haha no homo xD

I don't mind telling my size even to our homo brothers.
I am 7.5 BPEL x 5.6 MEG. I was at 8.2 BPEL x 6.2 Meg at the end of 2015. I didn't do any PE last year. So I expect I will grow well again now that I am in regular PE routine again. My EQ is popping with the excersizes so I'm happy about that.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

I had both permanent and temporary gains. I stopped cold turkey. Yes some of it was EQ issues. If you properly cement your gains they will be permanent. If you just stop cold turkey you will likely lose your most recent gains, but retain the older gains.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

I took a substantial break last winter and spring that probably cost me some of my gains. Hopefully they will be back and a bit more when I measure!Start BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7
