  • Hard flaccid busting log

I've known about PE for 8 years, but unfortunately have always been plagued on and off by hard flaccid resulting in zero (repeat, ZERO) girth gains. This is my attempt to document exactly what specific exercises are causing this ridiculous condition.

19/12/2016 - 10 dry jelqs, low to med intensity (5 each hand). Neutral PI's
20/12/2016 - 12 dry jelqs, low to med intensity (6 each hand). Neutral PI's
21/12/2016 - 14 dry jelqs, low to med intensity (7 each hand). Neutral PI's
    22/12/2016 - Rest
    23/12/2016 - Rest
24/12/2016 - 16 dry jelqs, low to med intensity (8 each hand). Immediate turtling/hard-flaccid. No morning wood etc.

Took a few days off until morning wood returned.

28/12/2016 - Air pump for 5 mins at 2-3 hg. Immediate turtling/hard-flaccid. No morning wood etc.

Taking a few days off again until morning wood returns. I am going to try pinch jelqs next to see if i can isolate whether this is a cc or cs issue. Hopefully not both. I'm sick of being thin.

This condition is due to a tight bc muscle in your pelvic floor.

To get rid of it, do reverse kegels and hindi squats

I have had this condition since 2008. I do reverse kegels, stretches, massage and squats consistently. I can get rid of hard flaccid pretty easily. It's just trying to work out how to stop it from coming back every time I try to PE.

With that said. A positive update...

            4/1/17 - 10, 5 sec squeezes 90% erection - Neutral PI
            5/1/17 - Rest
            6/1/17 - 15, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection - Nuetral PI
            7/1/17 - Rest
8/1/17 - 20, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection - slight turtling but went away after an hour or so.

Squeezes seem to work ok for now...

Have you worked on the head side of hf?

Another issue that come up in stubbourn cases are lower back /pelvic issues.

You are stressing your bc muscle so it will still come back all the time

Not sure what you mean by head side? Over the past 8 years, stress has come and gone which is pretty normal I think.

What do you propose for lower back pelvic? I have no pain in these areas.

This is what this log is essentially testing. I disagree that it will come back all the time, I think that some exercises are worse than others. So far 3 sessions of squeezes have caused no issues. Compare that to 5 mins of pumping which caused full blown HF...It doesn't make sense. Squeezes place way more pressure on the BC.

                      10/1/17 - 21, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection
                      12/1/17 -
                      21, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection
                      14/1/17 - 21, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection
                      16/1/17 - 21, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection

Sessions seemed ok,but I think I've lost some erection quality. Damn it!

Have you tried focusing specifically on maximizing your EQ first? This can go a log way towards helping you to develop a string foundation- which would be more resistant to HF.

When I stop PE my EQ goes up. So you can see my dilemma... Given that EQ drops with all PE exercises (flaccid or hard) I do feel like this is a pelvic muscular issue. My EQ is still pretty decent with the squeezes though. The best exercise so far. Unfortunately no gains as of yet.

                            19/1/2017 - 23, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection
                            21/1/2017 - 24, 5 sec squeezes 90 % erection

Build up your stamina to a high level then slowly introduce enlargement exercises. Stretches can be especially taxing so you might want to start with jelqs first.

Once your EQ gets to very high levels you should be able to handle higher intensity movements with only positive effects.
