    Off, rest day.
    1/28
    Night wood all night until morning.
    Eq has been off the chart for about a week now.
    Beginning of month I was an honest 6/7
    Mostly do from all my workout mistakes.
    But now I have to a 9
    10 being an erection that your dick is ripping out of your skin, so I'm just below that.
    Workout later today.

        Ended up getting another day off
        Only because o worked him out on my girlfriend all night.
        And it works awesome!!
        So back at it today
        15 minute warm up
        10 minute stretch with helicopter shakes in between.
        10 minute of jelqs
        Then to the bathmate
        5 minute warm up at 1 pump
        Massage
        6 minutes with a 2 pump start, then 2 pumps after 3 minutes
        Massage
        6 minutes with 3 pump start, then 2 more pumps after 3 minutes, felt about maxed out.. I was about the biggest I been in there. About 7 1/2".. man, if I can fill this thing up this year, I'll be very happy!!

            Everything is awesome... it feels like mush for a few hours after, then it wakes right up.. especially when I edge right after my last pump.. It's crazy. But I'll stay with a moderate pump tomorrow, I'll do like 2 pumps, on top of 2 more pumps for a max...

              Getinbig,
              Don't forget, I'm doing a very,very light beginner manual routine. So I'm only doing 10 minutes of light stretches, 10 minutes of light jelqing, and only 2 sets for 12 minutes of pumping. Even though I pump it pretty good, that's the only thing that's intense in my whole routine. And I'm only 2 days on, 1 off. I'm beginning to think those pump sets are like when you go to the gym and shock your muscles... that's what it feels like.. and it's crazy because within hours of my workouts, it gets hard and heavy again...

                Sounds like it's working...maybe two on one off will work well.

                      When I stretch I'm pulling as light as possible. I can barely feel the pull.. when I pull with any kind of intensity, everything falls apart. Eq crashes. No morning wood. I slow way down and concentrate on the stretch..makes a huge difference. Andi I only stretch for 10 minutes.when I started I was ripping my dick off.. not anymore, since I started turning it all down, all positive pi's..

                        I pump every workout. So I'm pumping 2 days in a row, about 4 days a week.. I switch up the intensity. I noticed I can't go crazy the day after a day off, second day I can pump with more intensity.

                          So you are barely pulling...? That doesn't sound like much of a stretch. I've never done that because it seems that I should be stretching those ligaments and tunica...If I do that gently, I'm not sure it does much during a 15-25 minute session of "light" stretching...but you might be on to something.
                          I definitely agree about my vigorous stretching wiping out things like morning wood. I also used to have a tough time jelqing after a really aggressive stretching session...now I have no trouble doing that...but i do think there is something to what you are saying...just unsure if I should switch to a gentle stretch routine...Maybe I will give it a try in the morning.

                            Don't stretch from 0-100 in a second and hold it. Instead stretch from 0-100 in a matter of 15-20 seconds, or whatever, and then hold the stretch.
