  • Attempt number 2!

    Today I have decided to give pe another try. First time around I believe I was to eager overtrained and caused nerve damage in my glan. I told myself never again yet here I am lol. This is a contract to myself and dick that I will take it extremly easy and not allow my glands to get larger then 80% erection level for the first 90 days.

    Starting stats (have seen larger vut puttling numbers conservativly)

    Bpel-6.5"
    Circumferance-4.8"
    eq average 8/10 somedays 10/10

    Goals
    bpel 7"
    Circumferance 5.2

    Increased ejaculation control,
    Quit masturbating
    Be safe!

      Day 1:
      10 mins in hot bath warm up then stand up while doing all exercises.

      All the warm ups j(p90) and 1 set of 40 reps wet jelqs with cocoa butter (started feel a little odd maybe soar on shaft so quit.) After every 10 jelqs I stopped to adjust erection level, check for odd feelings and gently massage my entire penis including the glans.

      50 reps 1 set of gentle wet v jelqs. Back in the tub for 15 mins
      I will probably have sex tonight but will hold off for 5 hours. I can feel my ligs on base right side a little and maybe a little skin irritation as I type this.

      Next training date on the 7th only IF I am 100% back to normal. I will probably just do the stretches kegels and massage that session.

      Thoughts for self- An average size well working dick is better then a big broken dick. But a big well working dick beats all!! Safety is priority and positive pi's. Dont care at this point about gaining

        Thanks jay1983!! If anyone has any tips after reading my log they are appreciated!

        I will only measure monthly on my anniversary date! Another goal to add my flaccid to be more squishy and free hanging vs being tensed up more often then not.

          It's great to see that you are starting back up with a good mindset and safety focus attitude. You may also want to join in on the 2017 make your dick bigger challange as a way to stay focus and accountable as a way to reach your goals.

              I would say 70% of the time flaccid is sort of hard to the touch. I dont get turtling so much. I will work on kegels in the next few months after I am broken in on the jp90 list. Dont want to do to much at once.

                Today was a rest day. Woke up with decent morning wood, a bit sore from v jelqs(skin irritation) until lunch time. As jay1983 stated about the pelvic floor I decided to watch myself and noticed I am doing like half a kegel (tense)all the time. Did 2 sets of 10 reverse kegels only and fought all day to remain relaxed in the pelvis (keep it between a reverse kegel and kegel). Took a piss around 4 and had a nice hanging soft dick that I havent seen for awhile. Now my pelvic floor is sore (like have to piss feeling) and back to flaccid.

                Thinking to ignore the pelvic floor best as possible until the soreness wears off.

                Any advice? Thanks!! Oh how many sessions of pe until I should starting looking for positive pi?

                  1/7 1:30am I woke up with a hard on that was so big it was semi painful (in a good way). Back to sleep Around 4:00am I had a sex fantasy come true thanks to the wife. During the session my penis wqs bigger then I have ever seen after just the 1 light session. Thruout the day I did 100 kegels at 70% reverse to 30% regular.

                  So fastforward to the night my ligs feel a bit sore on top of my penis and I have a slight itchy feeling inside my pecker but still hard flaccid. I decided to try pe and did the warn up then some helicopter shakes. She stretched out good but still hard flaccid. Very carefully tried 3 very soft jelqs and she started to shrivle and turlte so I quit. The 3rd jelq after I quit I could see alot of veins and it started to turn purple.

                  Anyhow woke up this am with 80% morning wood so either ny dick cant handle this pe or idk. Plan to work on this hard flaccid and testicle stretches issue before anymore pe.

                  Thoughts?

                    Welcome back I am trying to get back into PE as well, it's definately more than my 2nd attempt....It's not how many times you get knocked down as they say. Keep at it.

                      Yup, I can vouch for that too! I was thinking the 2017 challenge might be a good way to stick to it for the year. After a year or two of PE it is hard to lack the same motivation.

                        We just have to be very careful and aware of what our penis is telling us.

                        I have no doubt pe works , I also understand that its very dangerous if done improperly! One thing I have learned quickly atleast for myself is that my dick responds to healing best while sleeping. Maybe doing p.e in the AM is more beneficial idk.

                        I am also thinking that how the little guy hangs flaccid is telling you a ton of things about your sessions and when its ready to go again. My next session I will wait 3ish days I will just do the stretches and 10 extremly light jelqs and quit there even if my dick wants more

                          Sex last night couldnt resist ny sexy wife. Great morning wood and a few 50% erections thruout the day just from my mind.

                          I have been doing many reverse kegels that last 4 days and started hindu squats yesterday. I am feeling slightly sore in my nuts and base of penis assuming from the rk's. My dong is hanging nicer the last two days (lower then my nuts) and keeps rubbing against my leg. Not sure if its abresult of the pe or the kegels

                          I have also been applying lotion and a few mins massage a few times daily and he seems to like that. Tomorrow I believe I will go without doing any kegels or pe. 1/11 depending how things are feeling I may start the pe again with just helicopter shakes

                          I am thinking my ligs may just be very tight and my wiener just responds extremly well to a few jelqs causing the hard flaccid state once ligs are stretched at erection if that makes any sense? Its crazy how big my wiener looked the following day erect after just the first mild seasion, I could really feel it stretching in the base of my dick (assuming ligs i felt)

                            I have been resting theae past few days just taking the vitamins and doing the coconut butter massages. I didnt have any morning wood this AM but things are feeling about 95% normal. What is making me the happiest is my head has always been 80% purple color but these last 2 days its only about 20% purple!! The flaccid hang is decent.

                            Not sure if I can thank the supplements, pe or the daily lotion for the color change but its a win for me!! Thinking to work on kegels some more tomorrow and continue with the lotion and massage treatment to help increase blood flow. Pe is on the back burner until I get my little soldier more fit.

                            Thinking to order a fleshlight soon and start some edging sessions!!!

                            2017=working towards making my dick more healthy and becoming more of a sexpert!!! Nothing is more important to me then pleasing my women so working on relationship and her pelvic floor. I will not have a orgasm without her or before her!

                              Things are starting to slowly go back to normal for mr penis. Morning wood quality is down from a 10/10 to 8/10. I have been doing kegels/r kegels for about 10 mins a day at a 35:65 ratio. Lotion and a massage daily and starting to see where the slight pain at the base of the penis is helaing.

                              Looks like the veins on top at the base stretched to far and resulted in slight bruising/discoloration.

                              Still taking off the pe segment for now until 100%
