  • lemale01's workout log

I decided to open a thread to keep track of my workouts and (hopefully) progresses.
I'll update it weekly with a description of each workout and physiological indicators (PIs).

    NOTES:

    1) English is not my native language so, probably, there will be some grammatical errors. If I'm wrong, then I apologise.

    2) I'm a beginner. My workout will be very low in volume.

    WEEK 1

    BPEL: 6.3" (16 cm), MSEG: 5" (12.7 cm)

    FRIDAY (6/1/2017)

    1) Warm up: 5-10 minutes (hot water)
    2) 5 minutes Jelqs (60 reps of 5 seconds each) with an overhand grip
    3) 10 minutes edging

PIs: very easy to reach erection after jelqing, good EQ (8.5/10)

    SUNDAY (8/1/2017)

    1) Warm up: 5-10 minutes (hot water)
    2) 5 minutes Jelqs (60 reps of 5 seconds each) with an overhand grip
    3) 10 minutes edging

PIs: very easy to reach erection after jelqing, very good EQ (9.5/10)

As you can see my routine is very basic, I'm planning to progress increasing volume by 10-20% each 1-2 week depending on PIs.
I'll post my measurements every 3-4 weeks.

Hey lemale01! Good thing you decided to begin a progress log. It will help you track your progress and motivate you.

What are your measurements and your goals? Write them down. If you want some length I think you should do stretching exercises as well. Take a look at the JP90 routine. You can do a simple version of it or take some of the stretches from JP90.

Try other warm up methods as well. Warm cloth, Rice sock, etc. You might find something that works better. Also you could try adding a warm down. I personally like the warm down as it relaxes the muscles and promotes better blood flow at the end of you routine.

        Good luck on your journey!
        Initial: 12.2 x 11.5 (BPEL)
        Current: 16 x 12.7 (BPEL)
        Goal:
        • Short-term: 17 x 14 (BPEL)

Hi duude! Thanks for your advice. My starting measurements are: BPEL: 6.3" (16 cm), MSEG: 5" (12.7 cm) and my goal, by now, is 7"x5.5". I don't like stretching because it drastically decrease my EQ (maybe I'm doing it wrong). In the last days I've added a warm down in my routine and I find it very useful!

Good starting stats! Stretching lowers your EQ but if you let it rest then it returns to normal. You are doing PE 3days/week so I think your EQ will be fine. You can get some length by jelqing at a lower erection percentage (<50%). But then you won't get so much girth. You can add an easy stretch exercise with low sets and reps and see how it goes.

This week I will try adding a 30" stretch (3x10") in each direction to see how it goes.
