    Hi and welcome.

As the title says, I'm an absolute beginner and will be outlining how things are going in here.

Hopefully it'll make interesting reading for some others...

Basically, Started the first week in Jan with a Bathmate and zero idea what I was doing. Just followed the instructions on the box for a couple of days before I found this great place. With the info I've gleaned here, I've cobbled together a starting routine that I think isn't too heavy or intense and will be tweaking things as I go but currently, the plan is:

3 weeks of warm up conditioning before starting a light version of jp90 before moving on to it properly (using the bathmate as well)

*I'll add measurements later - I just started posting today and I'm up at a stupidly late hour with my sick kid, so I'm sure you'll understand why it's a little inappropriate to be taking measurements right now! lol.

Here's the outline of the routine currently and a view to the longer term jp90 'lite'

sessions: 2 days on 1 day off, 2 on 2 off (this first routine is just intended to get used to the feeling of PE conditioning and concentrate on good technique rather than gains)

(Assume 10 min warmup and warm down in bathtub every session) Kegels and reverse during the day ( whenever I remember)

Week 1 : 1st day - 5 mins light stretch and helicopters (basically the same stretch routine as jp90 but less pressure) 5 mins wet jelq (light pressure and slow) , 2nd day 5 mins bathmate. (this was the first PE ever so was going 'easy') - just repeated that cycle for the week

Week 2 : same as week 1 but 2 sets of wet jelq. 5min stretch and 4 min jelq(x2) approx 2-3 mins massage between jelq sets. Day 2: Bathmate 5mins x2 (with kegels)

Week 3 : as above but add in another set (mimicking jp90's jelq sets but less time duration) 4mins x3 (edging afterwards). Day 2 Bathmate (kegels) 5mins x3 (edging aftwewards)

Week 4 : 5 min stretch 5 mins x3 wet jelq (warm down 3 mins bathmate+ normal warmdown). Day 2 bathmate 5mins x2 flaccid entry and 1 set semi (5mins) massage etc etc as previously

    Start JP90 'lite'

    5 on 2 off

wk 1 : Stretches as specified in routine, medium pressure. 17 wet jelq 10 v jelq x3 sets Bathmate cooldown + normal cooldown routine massage edging etc.
    wk 2 : as above 3 x 21 Jelq / 12 v's etc etc
    wk 3 : ^ 3x 25/15 etc
    wk 4 : ^ 3x 29/18
    wk 5 : ^ 3x 32/21
    wk 6 : ^ 3x 36/24
    wk 7 : ^ 3x 40/26
    wk 8 : ^ 3x 44/28
    wk 9 : ^ 3x 50/30
wk 10-13: full jp90 routine etc

    Week off.

Begin new cycle of jp90 but full routine @ 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Once complete, look at either repeat cycle or mixing things up. Will probably be late on in the year by then, so will play by ear, see how things are progressing and go from there.

Any comments or advice is very welcomed, thanks

Nice wee session today - still on warm up PE period - pre-jp90 'lite' so it's just super-basic stuff at the moment.

5 mins stretching and 2x 4 min jelq - nothing really to write home about but have nice fat flaccid hang after a 10-15 edging period. Feeling refreshed and comfortable. Palmers cocoa butter applied and to be honest, smell like a chocolate bar! lol.

    Cheers

Not going to update much during this warm up period as it's just ultra basic stuff. Once the initial warm-up routine is done and I'm on to the more conventional stuff, will be active in this thread more.

Looks good. I hope you got your measurements as you sound like you may be getting some noob gains. Keep it up.

Great to see you building up slowly besides diving head first into an advanced routine that you found somewhere. Sounds like you have a good plan though. Hope it all works out well

2 days left on the warm up month - the temptation to just 'go for it' is real but I'm ignoring the temptation and sticking with the long-term game plan - jp90 'lite' starts monday.

I'd say this past month has been a lot of fun, getting to know the various aspects of what's involved and using the forum to do some research - making sure to do things properly instead of just rushing ahead full-steam and risking injuries etc.

For that, I've got to thank quite a few folks who have been kind enough to answer PM's and generally just being good people! You know who you are

After this weekend, will be updating this progress log more regularly.

Thanks again, for all the work that goes into making this community!

                  Hey thanks man

Just started a more structured routine today, warm-up period from Jan to Feb done. Just really light jelqs/stretches and an occasional bathmate session. Basically just wanted to let myself know what was in store physically speaking before going nuts with things! lol.

Every morning, I walk about 3 miles with the dog, so that's a nice kick-start to the day to get the blood pumping.

                  Today's routine:

                  10 mins warm-up rice sock

All directions stretching + clockwise/anti clockwise circles

10 mins wet jelq (slow) every 10 wet jelqs, switched to 5 V jelqs. (Coconut oil for lube)

5 mins bathmate + 5 mins warmdown in bathtub

                  20 mins edging. + Push/pull kegels

                  Done!

kegels and reverse during the day, as and when I remember to..maybe 50-100? dunno... just do them.

                  Observations over the last month:

'The little lady' has noticed a difference, even though I've not been training hard - "Thicker and a bit longer" - direct quote.
If I can be a bit crude, she says she can't reach as far down now...(not complaining lol. I just said she needed more practice lol)

                  Starting Measurements:

                  5.5" (14cm) BPEL
                  4.5" (11.5cm) MSEG

I 'feel' bigger than when I started but really only trained light the last month. Was paranoid about going for it too much and risking an injury. For certain EQ has improved. I thought I was decent enough previously but MW and erection quality in general is 10/10 rock hard...lol feel like a teenager again! :P

Am gonna keep the routine to 2 on 1 off, instead of 5 and 2. I appear to be making some small gains so am sticking to things for a while longer before moving on to more intense stuff. Why change things if making gains?

Also only using Bathmate on the first of the 2 days, just to prevent fatigue by over training. If it looks like things are stalling after a month or two, will increase the regime but not at the moment.

                  thanks for reading guys

                  Cheers

                    Today:

                    3 mile morning walk

                    Bathtub warmup - 10-12 mins

                    jp90 stretches

                    10 mins wet Jelq

Warmdown: Relaxed in bath, read a couple of chapters. Afterwards, 10 push/pull kegels and edged for about 20 ish mins.

No complaints or soreness. Feels good to be getting into a routine mentality. Rest day tomorrow.

                    Cheers all.

                          Same routine as usual

                          2 days on 1 off

1 hours walk with the mutt - dunno if it helps but it's part of the routine and tbh a bit of walking exercise is good anyway so it's just became part of the routine..lol.

                          10 mins warm up

jp90's stretches (no kegels while stretching)

                          10 mins jelq

Bathmate 5 mins, then maybe 10-20 push/pull kegels, then 10 mins warm down in tub or rice sock

firegoat rolls for about 3 mins - dunno if I'm doing them right but use kinda 'making a fire with a stick' movement but a LOT slower and with a little pressure so I can feel the tissue massage but not so I'm squashing it (if any of that makes sense)

Slow Edging till right at 'point of no return' then backing off.

                          another 3 mins firegoat rolls

Cocoa butter stuff on and...done. kegels throughout the day when I remember..ballpark figure maybe 50ish

                          Notes:

Have noticed an increase in length and girth - nothing super huge but certainly noticeable. Not measuring till my cycle/routine is done though.

It's tempting to stretch harder, jelq tighter. I tried it one session and regretted it - a bit of bruising and discomfort..why risk it? I've found in my limited time, to just keep with the routine. I'm seeing gains, so it's working - I'm not in it for a race, so gradual improvements are fine with me. Plus it means I can stick to the 2 on 1 off routine without losing training days due to injury.

                          Take it easy

                          Cheers

Same routine as usual - all going fine.

I'm more and more looking forward to my training days. I think once you can get 'into' the routine, it just becomes part of your day. (well, speaking for myself anyway)

Still another month to go before measuring but I know I'm 'bigger' just by sight and feel. Mrs Matey has commented as well, so we're on the right track amigos!

As above, same routine as usual. Not changed anything, although the temptation to try some other forms of training is real!..lol

BUT like so many of you have said:

"If the routine you are on is giving you results, keep with it till you stall on gains"

I know I'm getting results, so no need to switch things up. Couple more weeks to go till measuring but doing a bit of forward planning. Gonna take a few days off at the start of next month then do another 3 months with exact same routine. No signs of stalling at the moment, so why change?

Hang in there amigos! Slow and steady for the win
