Here's my new routine I've been doing for the last three weeks. Seems promising at times and like always I think I'm fooling myself.
Day one.
1.Stretches in each direction and rotational stetches 3 sets 50 seconds each
2. A stretches 6 sets 30 seconds each
3. Bundled stetches 6 sets 30 seconds each
4. Mandingo stretches 4 sets 30 seconds each
Day two
1. Tunica tugs 10 sets 50 seconds each
2. Ulis 6 sets 40 seconds each
3 horse squeeze or advanced squeezes 16
4. Edging 20 minutes
5. Bathmate 15 minutes
Day three: rest
I've started lower sets and time but progress as the weeks go.
At first felt a great pump and hang but lately not so much.
On days With a lot of stretches I seem to gain an 1/8 of an inch but girth suffers a bit
On days with more girth work I feel girth is up again.
I always measured 7.1 bpel but seem to be hitting 7.25 lately easier but not really sure cause still get 7.1 readings at same time.
Girth is usually 5.5 upper to mid shaft. Today was about 1/8 plus more probably due to squeezes.
Will continue to monitor. Think I'm gonna lower a few sets and rep times for day one workout.
