I started PE about 6 months ago with a Bathmate. I had never really measured my unit prior. I always considered myself average. I started at the end of a very long relationship. I've only had sex with 1 person due to being in such a long and early relationship. Now it's time for a bigger dick.
Temporary gains from the bath mate were great. My flaccid size increased right away lasting all day if I had pumped. I've shelved it for now and am doing manual exercises. I do not think I was consistent enough to get good effect from the pump. All size increase was fluid retention. I am going for girth. I don't care right now for length increases.

What I got from jelqing only was a slightly heavier, thicker feeling dick particularly when flaccid. I discovered Ulis on my own playing with it, trying to get it to grow. I thought I had invented something incredible until I came across information on squeezes etc. I got neglible effects from jelqing, but have not dismissed them. I understand it takes consistency. That being said, my primary exercise right now is the Uli. A few weeks of jelqing gave me a slightly fuller dick. I'm on day 5 of various light squeezes (over 2 weeks) and already have a noticeably heavier and thicker unit. A shit ton of new veins have appeared already and I immediately regained consistent morning wood. My dick stays thicker all day. I really feel like I will get incredible gains within this next year utilizing squeezes. I feel that the expansion and pressure I'm getting is more effective than what I felt from jelqing and I enjoy them more as a primary exercise. At this beginning stage my dick is noticeably thicker (although I won't measure for another month), and basically looks like a slightly thicker version of before, but much more vascular with lots of new veins. It is starting to change shape already, with the large vein underneath being much larger than before and my head has also grown.
My full routine:
-Warm up (shower or hot rag)
-Basic light stretches
-Various light squeezes
-Basic wet jelqs
-Finish with a kegel/reverse kegel session using "Stamena"
*in addition to a "Stamena" session, I do regular kegels throughout my routine and as needed
*I time my sessions but I go by feel. I can tell when it's time to stop.
*Frequency of sessions are dictated by how my unit feels, but looks like it's going to be 2 on 1 off most weeks.
*I never train hungry. If I don't eat before, I eat right after.
Stamina training:
-Quit all porn.
-Kegel/Reverse Kegel using Stamena.
-Whenever I masturbate I time it. I started off by barely forcing myself to 10 minutes, going very slowly and stopping multiple times on the way to squeeze and recover when I get close. Increased time gradually until now, 2 months later, I am going hardcore and furious for 45 minutes straight without ever getting close until the very end. I hold Reverse Kegel the whole time. If I do get close before my time goal, I slow down but don't stop, Kegel hard and control breathing, then I continue. I now have crazy 30 second orgasms and my load has multiplied by like 10 times in volume. Gotta be careful not to blast objects in the foreground. I actually feel good and relaxed after instead of shitty and pathetic.
