    I started PE about 6 months ago with a Bathmate. I had never really measured my unit prior. I always considered myself average. I started at the end of a very long relationship. I've only had sex with 1 person due to being in such a long and early relationship. Now it's time for a bigger dick.

    Temporary gains from the bath mate were great. My flaccid size increased right away lasting all day if I had pumped. I've shelved it for now and am doing manual exercises. I do not think I was consistent enough to get good effect from the pump. All size increase was fluid retention. I may use it again in the future if I feel like it's worth it, but for now it seems like a waste of time for permanent gains.

    So to summarize my beginning: completely stopped watching porn. Started doing kegels. Started timing masturbation and training for stamina. Tried pumping for a bit and ditched it. Started low frequency light stretches and jelqing (basic). Since moved to manual exercises only and am now on a consistent schedule.

    I am going for girth. I don't care right now for length increases.

    I started manual exercises with basic jelqing. These seemed to help with thickness some, but I have switched my routine up now. What I got from jelqing only was a slightly heavier, thicker feeling dick particularly when flaccid. I discovered Ulis on my own playing with it, trying to get it to grow. I thought I had invented something incredible until I came across information on squeezes etc. I got neglible effects from jelqing, but have not dismissed them. I understand it takes consistency. That being said, my primary exercise right now is the Uli. A few weeks of jelqing gave me a slightly fuller dick. I'm on day 5 of various light squeezes (over 2 weeks) and already have a noticeably heavier and thicker unit. A shit ton of new veins have appeared already and I immediately regained consistent morning wood. My dick stays thicker all day. I really feel like I will get incredible gains within this next year utilizing squeezes. I feel that the expansion and pressure I'm getting is more effective than what I felt from jelqing and I enjoy them more as a primary exercise. At this beginning stage my dick is noticeably thicker (although I won't measure for another month), and basically looks like a slightly thicker version of before, but much more vascular with lots of new veins. It is starting to change shape already, with the large vein underneath being much larger than before and my head has also grown.

    My full routine:

    -Warm up (shower or hot rag)
    -Basic light stretches
    -Various light squeezes
    -Basic wet jelqs
    -Finish with a kegel/reverse kegel session using "Stamena"

    *in addition to a "Stamena" session, I do regular kegels throughout my routine and as needed
    *I time my sessions but I go by feel. I can tell when it's time to stop.
    *Frequency of sessions are dictated by how my unit feels, but looks like it's going to be 2 on 1 off most weeks.
    *I never train hungry. If I don't eat before, I eat right after.

    Stamina training:
    -Quit all porn.
    -Kegel/Reverse Kegel using Stamena.
    -Whenever I masturbate I time it. I started off by barely forcing myself to 10 minutes, going very slowly and stopping multiple times on the way to squeeze and recover when I get close. Increased time gradually until now, 2 months later, I am going hardcore and furious for 45 minutes straight without ever getting close until the very end. I hold Reverse Kegel the whole time. If I do get close before my time goal, I slow down but don't stop, Kegel hard and control breathing, then I continue. I now have crazy 30 second orgasms and my load has multiplied by like 10 times in volume. Gotta be careful not to blast objects in the foreground. I actually feel good and relaxed after instead of shitty and pathetic.

    My BPFSL is significantly longer than my BPEL. I will measure it tonight.

      ^Incorrect. My current measurements are: BPFSL- 6.125" BPEL- 5.875" MEG- 4".


      I've decided to structurize my routine for consistency, ease of modification, and graduated progression.

      My Current Routine:

      Warm Up 10 minutes
      Basic Manual Stretching 5 minutes
      Various Squeezes 10 minutes (30 sec each)
      Basic Jelqs (@ 70%) w/kegels 5 minutes
      1 Stamena session (Kegel/Reverse Kegel app)

      From this I can gradually and safely alter my routine based on my unit's response.

      My Questions are:

      - Is this enough kegels?
      - Should I kegel throughout the day including rest days?
      - How important is it to try and stay plump throughout the day?
      - Is it a good idea to stretch and kegel every time I take a piss?

      *I am planning to start tapering off of cigarettes.

          You are doing plenty of kegels. Keep up with the reverse kegels. Some stretches when urinating is a good idea. No need to kegel when taking a leak. I think there is some benefit to plumping throughout the day. Great idea on the smoking. Great routine, keep it up.

            Removing jelqs from my routine. Everything has been golden with squeezes, but jelqs are not for me right now. 2/13/17 I had a great squeeze session, but then I threw in 5 minutes of jelqing. I believe I was too erect (my EQ has improved significantly) and should have waited a minute to soften up before jelqs. After only 5 minutes of jelqing, my dick turtled and I had full flaccid only it was hard. Had bad EQ last 2 days and a stiff flaccid. I've never experienced this, usually it is very squishy when it's flaccid. Felt like my CC tightened. If it means anything I measured BPEL and MEG and I haven't lost anything. Is this an injury? After one 5 minute jelqing session? I need to let feel reign supreme because I knew when I was doing it that it did not feel right. Is this a common condition that typically resolves if time off is taken? Should I stop completely for a period of time? Should I stop kegels as well? Can reverse kegels help? Lol

              Hey Darkmedic!

              I'm glad I found your thread. I'm starting at 4" of girth as well, and to hear that someone about my size (give about an inch in length), had a nice successful relationship is really encouraging. Also, our goals are about the same, increased girth over length. I'll be watching this thread closely, and if it's alright with you I would love to add you as a friend on here so I can track your progress!

                Turtling and stiff flaccid is over now its all back to itself. I backed off of everything and let it rest immediately after experiencing symptoms. It's back to it's squishy and fatter flaccid state. That being said, I am going to wait another 5 days to pick back up to make it one full week of rest. I'm ditching jelqs and I can't wait to squeeze this bastard again.

                    Haven't been as consistent as I need to be, but it is all coming together as I get more organized in general (I PE'd 13 out of 28 days February). A big reason has been the hard flaccid I got from jelqing. I've just been extra cautious. Thankfully that was a brief experience and stopping all PE brought me back to my squishy normal self.

                    I think I'm on to something. As I got back into my routine after the jelq scare, I started with a very cautious approach. I had stopped doing all kegel exercises, and simply did squeezes for 10 minutes then called it. I very slowly increased the overall intensity of my exercises. I became more confident that the hard flaccid thing was over, and resumed kegels and increased the duration of my squeezes by 5 seconds every few days from 30 to 50 seconds. I seem to respond much better to the longer squeezes. Recently I have only measured after my session, but for the rest of the day after a session, my MSEG measures 4.25" and when I'm completely flaccid it measures 4". These are very accurate measurements, as I VERY carefully measure. I'm not going to get a true measure (pre-session) until April 1st, but if I have frequent erections throughout the day, my dick stays in it's fatter form. I've enjoyed the feeling of internal pressure in my dick so much, that I started doing a few squeezes randomly during my day in addition to my session at night. If I do some squeezes in the morning with my Morning Wood, I get more erections during the day. I stay plump more often. I actually ended up tying a shoelace around my unit after a session and left it on for 10 minutes. This felt amazing and my dick stayed max size the rest of the day and I had many erections. Squeezes make my unit "feel" like it's growing.

                    HERE ARE SOME THINGS ALL OF THIS MAKES ME BELIEVE (inferences):

                    - Frequent erections will help significantly. It's all about keeping momentum.

                    -Longer duration squeezes are better.

                    -Consistent pressure somehow makes you grow new veins?

                    -Squeezes work better when done more than once per day.

                    Random:

                    -When I stopped doing kegels, my stamina declined a little bit.

                    -I am going to steadily increase the duration of my squeezes and mess around with tying rope around it.

                      I wonder if mindset affects gains and how much. When you feel confident in the process, you have more erections and frequent plumpness. I am new and have no conclusive evidence for efficacy, but for whatever reason, I feel like I KNOW it's working. I also don't feel inadequate, I feel average and I like my dick, but it's time for bigger.

                        I couldn't help but to break out the ruler and measure. Maybe it's because I don't want to know the exact amount I've gained until April in anticipation of more work, but I made sure to measure at only a partial erection. I won't give exact stats until my official measuring day, but let's just say that I have definitely gained a little bit. It is noticeable by eye and clear on the ruler. I'm measuring at midshaft and I wish I had measured elsewhere because midshaft has gained less than any other part. This is with a total of 11 sporadic sessions over the course of 30 days despite my setbacks from jelqing. ULIs seem to work for me. Jelqs seem to not. Let's make this next 3 weeks the first of consistent PE.

                            I know it's early to say all of this, but I'm gaining so my perspective on this is valid. For anyone who is having problems getting even a slight gain: Everyone's shit works differently. I had to ignore a lot of advice that simply did not work for me.

                            I was told not to do ULIs more than once or twice a week. Doing them frequently seems more effective.

                            I was told jelqing would help EQ. Jelqing KILLED my EQ.

                            I was told frequent ULIs would hurt EQ. High intensity/Frequent ULIs raised my EQ.

                            I was told to reduce duration/intensity if my EQ and flaccid size were low after a session. After 20 second ULIs, my EQ would drop. After 50 second ULIs, my EQ would soar.

                            I was told to reduce duration/intensity to combat the stiff flaccid I got from jelqing. This did not work. Dropping jelqs and INCREASING duration/intensity of ULIs did.

                            ULIs make my dick softer and more pliable, NOT the other way around. It is more squishy than ever now.

                            I was PE'ing for a little while with absolutely no results. I switched to a different exercise and started feeling it immediately.

                            Do not drop the advice of experienced PE'rs to conform to some individual who claims different. You will just get confused and start to doubt everything. I myself am following the majority of advice given to me, and even the things I learned to adjust away from are kept in consideration and I expect this entire process to be variable. My point is that it all works differently for everyone. Take this very seriously. Clearly the main stream of advice from people with experience is either what works for MOST or what worked for THEM. Don't hurt yourself by merely following what works for someone else. Listen to the experienced people but pay attention to how YOU respond and follow what feels right for YOU. My changes are characteristic of what seems to work for me and no one else. Keep in mind that I am very new to this and still trying to figure it all out. But if you are a rookie like I am, and are struggling to find what works, relax for a second with your mind out of the forum and play with your dick. Maybe it will tell you something.
