Your experience with Castor Oil

I just started but it seems that Castor oil is a lube that is hard to beat when it comes to all the benefits that come with it.

What improvements can you attribute to using Castor oil or have you found a better cost effective oil?

For hair, skin, and for muscle soreness, and pretty much anything else in general, it's a damn miracle. Incredible.

As for lube, It's just too damn thick man. I could never use it for that.

Why not just alternate with some coconut oil if its too thick for you? I don't think that I can go back now its just too good! Here's a quick search of the benefits for those on the fence (which doesn't include a lot of other uses):

i can't say i have ever seen castor oil. how sheltered is that. but i am all for being inventive and finding new and exciting things. if this works for you i am happy. keep us informed on any benefits you see from it. thanks, proactive

In my opinion its a superior moisturizer to coconut oil. It seems like I'm always reapplying coconut oil and now that I've switched a few days back my skin is plumper and way more moisturized. I'd be willing to bet that using it with a sleeve or wrap will promote better gains
