  • Press On!'s hanging, extending, and weight loss journey

Well, I finally started hanging and extending after about a year of sporadic manual work. I really want to focus on adding length during my first 6 months or so and will incorporate girth work over time. I'm also going to be getting my fat ass in shape, not only to reduce the old fat pad and get better erections but for my overall health. I've been at this since Superbowl Sunday and have been consistent and committed. I'm really making PE a priority now, and hanging is perfect as it allows me to read or get work done while I'm doing it.

I'm trying to keep it simple. My PE routine is as follows:

I hang twice a day, 12 times a week with the LG hanger, then slap on a Phallosan for 2-3 hours afterward. On the two days I skip a session, I'll be wearing the Phallosan for 6+ hours instead. I make sure to use heat before and during my session. My plan is progressive and each session will be minutely more intense than the last, either in duration or weight. I'm sure this won't be possible as I reach higher weights, but I will cross that bridge when I come to it. In the meantime, I bought twelve 3 oz plates, so I'm able to to make very slight weight increases. I'm doing three sessions at each weight: 63 then 66 then 69 minutes successively, after which I move up 3 ounces and start over. For example, my current weight is 5lbs 7.5oz and I just finished my 69 minute session, so I 'll be adding a small weight and dropping back to 63 minutes for my next session, and so on.

It's late so I'll update this post sometime tomorrow when I have time.

    Hanging as I type this.

Total hang time before my current session is 38:58. Current session is 5#10.5 @ 66 minutes.

Reviewing my progress I think I'm moving up in weight too fast so I am going to figure out a slower progression. Perhaps staying at the same weight for 6 sessions before adding 3 ounces and increasing hang time one minute per session.

I'm not going to keep track of total ADS time at the moment but I may in the future.

Finally, for anyone considering hanging/extending I would recommend it highly. Moving away from a manual routine has been a revelation for me. Mentally, it's so much easier to sit and do some computer work or watch tv then it is to go through an hour of manual exercises.

Hello PO, it's good to hear about all the changes you're making in your life.

I'm not sure what your current body weight and fat percentage are, but I personally think losing weight is the best way to make gains (as you said, exposing more of your BPEL by reducing your fat pad). I believe the general idea is that, on average, 30lb of weight loss equates to around half an inch gains in NBPEL terms.

Combined with a consistent PE routine, I'm sure you will see some great PE gains from your weight loss journey over the coming months.

        Best of luck!
        Start (13/02/17) - NBPEL: 5.80", BPEL: 6.70", MSEG: 5.00"
        Current (17/05/17) - NBPEL: 6.10", BPEL: 6.90", MSEG: 5.00"
        Current goal - NBPEL: 6.30", BPEL: 7.20", MSEG: 5.25"

Now at 5pounds 13oz. Just hung for 66 minutes.

Total time hanging since 2/5 is 45:35, so I'm putting in approx 12 hours per week. No problems so far. Loving the LG Hanger and the Phallosan.

Going to try and make posting a daily update part of my nightly routine. The only thing I'm struggling with is the amount of time hanging requires.

Had to take the last couple days off. I developed two large blisters from trying a new glans cap and the Large sized bell with my Phallosan. Probably won't start hanging again until Tuesday.

Not hanging yet but i am wearing my Phallosan regularly. Have one spot that I want to heal completely before strapping the LG on again.

Back to hanging after about a week off because of my blister. Dropped down in weight to 4.4 lbs. Building back up an hour at a time. First session back after the break felt awesome. Can't believe how much I missed hanging!

Haven't been good at updating but I'm still hanging and extending consistently. Will update with latest info later today.

So here I am 14 months later. Lost around 50 pounds. Currently in the 200 pound range. Job changes and laziness derailed my PE but I've been sporadically sticking with it. Just recommitted myself to hanging and will be updating the thread as time allows.
