Hey Inspiral , Awesome Log & congratulations on your Progress. I saw that your working in the ( Bundled stretches , Squeeze technique - your comfortable %EQ , Horizontal Movement Jelqing ) This combination is an awesome concoction for Girth Gain's. I achieved a 5.75MEG with those Stretching & Jelqing routine. The only negative was after I did bundled 360 A&V Stretching or my 720 bundled Stretching. My unit would not necessarily Jump to the occasion for me to do Jelqing & Edging.
I personally used a topical cream called VIGRX OIL after those extreme MANUAL Stretching Routine. You know that Horizontal Movement Jelqing is considered a form of Clamping which is awesome for Girth. I personally do Edging / Ballooning for 45-60, minutes without ejaculation & saw my best Gain's this way. Although I use Twirk Videos when Edging & I still have awesome Pi's.
I save the 2x-3x a week Ejaculation for the Wife & keep the Ejaculation separate from my PE & Stamina Training. I also use Supplements for my PE but the information is endless so I just made my own personal choices on usage.
