    wore the girth band throughout the day, with another 2 portions of some sleeve , that's keep me expanded and elongated.
    Finally made manual session today. Back to work hoping without unwanted breaks.

    Wore the phallosan all night, had to take a break and fall asleep for an hour. So out of 9 hours only 8 was under tension.

                  Rest day. But I did the 5' stretching part of my routine, while focusing on downward stretch.
                  Did it to keep the ligs stretched and fatigue.

                  I did it light today because of a bruise on the under side of my penis that really hurts and I think it's coming from pumping or/and from the anti turtle silicon sleeve girth band.

                  Also phallosan is getting painful on the shaft after several for a couple of days now. Never felt like that before.

                    Still have this bruise that makes everything harder. I put aid band on it and I can do everything fine.
                    Managed to wear the phallosan for 13 hours without any problems.

                            Was a rest day. But I did 5' stretching to keep the ligs fatigued.

                            I wore my PF all night long but woke up realizing I lose suction at some point. So I'm not sure how effective it was or if I should count the hours.

                            • I'm coming back to training after a long break.
                              2 and a half week ago my PF was losing suction all the time and I couldn't use it.
                              Since then I gradually stopped doing my routine till I got to no PE at all.
                              I was losing my motivation, gf issues, and without the PF I just did nothing.
                              I ordered an xl bell and new pump.
                              The funny thing is that I was trying to fix the problem few times with no success, But when the new parts arrived I was trying one more time and it's f worked.
                              Anyway, I'm glad I made this break, I needed it. And now, back to work!
