    Ok so ive bein on JPs 90 day for about 2.5 months.Ive had to cut it short because ive found my tuncia to be my limiting factor so the stretches have to stop for a while so I have changed up my routine.

    My routine will be this:

    Warm up 15-20 min
    3 stes of 20 second heli swing just to get the blood moving
    20 min jelqing 50% erect
    20 min or more of edging
    warm down in a hot shower or bath
    At night I will also be doing fowfers for 30 min-an hour to help with turtleing

    After 2.5 months of JPs 90 day i have gained .25" in length but nothing noticable in girth.I am very happy with these gains because i have done pe for about 4-5 moths befor even knowing about this site and gained nearly .5" in length but it was an extreamly intense routine for me, and to have gained anythign from switching to a routin like JPs 90 day which is less then half the intesity of my old routine is amazing.

    uhhh, no stretches? Isn't that part of the JP 90 day?

      Yea,thats why ive changed my routine, im going to stop stretching, Ive stretched my tuncia to much and my smooth muscle needs to catch up (well this is what i think at least), so ive changed my routine to what i listed above and im going to see if i have any improvemnt in EQ (forgot to mention its because of my EQ I canged my routine, its not good right now)

        Had a wicked workout last night.Warmed up and jelqed for 20 min then edged for about 15 min, and my dick looked so fat after.
        Im going to contiue this routine then add 5 min to my jelqs every 2 or 3 weeks

          Just finished my routine and again it was great
          Warm up 20 min
          jelq 20 min
          warm down 20 min
          Did not edge today, I didnt want to over do it today so I will be edging tomorrow.

          My current stats are 6.25" NBPEL, 7.25" BPEL My girth has bein fluctuating between 5"and 5.2"
          I will be measuring on april 14th

              I did but I need to stop stretching, I belive ive over stretched my tuncia which caused my eq to drop.My bpfsl was a little bit more then a half inch longer then my bpel so im going to try to close the gap with jelqing and edging, basicaly just girth work until I get my EQ at its max and im hoping to add some nice girth to my package.
              The routine im doing right now might not be the one i stick with for a long period of time, i think im going to just try out this routine for 6 weeks,see what I got then modify it and go for another 6 weeks etc..

                Gotcha, perfect solution in my opinion.

                Lucky you brother! I LOVE jelqing now, and the stretches are starting to be cumbersome, which is funny because I felt the opposite when I first started all this!

                    I would do tunica tugs. Or stretch straight up towards your belly button, you want to beable to see your dick eye to eye.

                      Wouldnt this be the oppisite of what I want? I belive my tuncia is over stretched

                          Ok so i figuer ill make this my weight loss log as well just to keep all my body fitness in one place.As of this morning after breakfast,I wieght 210 lbs,this means that all I need to loose to reach my first weight loss goal is 5 lbs, then after that my next goal will be to weigh 195 lbs

                            Alright
                            Ive only bein edging for the past few days,I really just want to max my Eq so ive bein taking my supplements and vitamins and edging for about 30 min a day along with some sets of kegels.
                            The thing is that when I edge I can get my dick rock hard and it last while im edging/masterbating but it takes lot of stimulation to get me hard in the first place, then when I bust and my erections goes away then its even harder to get it back up.My erections are not freaquent and the difficult to achieve, but when I do get hard I can get super hard with alot of stimulation.
                            Damn this sucks I just want my EQ to be at its best

                              Did some edging today, Its still kinda difficult to get rock hard but I can still get there, it just takes alot of stimulation.Anyways, I busted my load and it shot pretty high, its bein a while since i was able to shoot my load like that, I dont no if this is an acctuall PI but im going to take it as a good thing anyways
