You are I are in the same boat weight wise. I gained 15 pounds over the winter. This is much more serious for a guy my age than it is for one yours. Anyway, I lost 6 pounds so far, so my next goal is 195 as well. Man, would I love to get down to 178. I'd have my 6 pack back. But I think that's a bit too extreme even for an old fossil like me. I haven't seen my six pack since I got married--that was 45 years ago.

Thats cool ,we have the same goals , congrats on your 6 pund loss, and I will try to not bust at the end and see if it helps me.

Hey what's going on mate? I came to check your progress too but it seems that you don't update that often?
By the way, have you tried Towel Raises or other PC/BC exercises? They might do wonders to your hardness. Anyways, I hope your EQ is better now with all the 5 Gs and everything. Good luck on your measuring in the end of the week mate!

hey man, ye I really only like to update this when I notice a change in somthing, I think im going to be more active in my log now, I needa keep track of all my Peing.I havnt really noticed a change since being on the five Gs yet but im sure it will have some effects soon, it just takes time for your body to react to them. I pretty much only do kegels and edging for EQ,Ive done towel raises a few times befor whe my EQ was high and I liked them alot, Once my EQ is good to go imll incorperate more exercises to strengthen my pecker.

Ive bein keeping it real simple for the past few days,I do a 10 min wamr up in my bath tub then jelq for 10 min then hop back in the tub, after that Ive bein trying to edge but not bust my nut, so I guess im doing more of a ballooning technique, and I think its showing results already,The other night I was able to get a spontanious erection (well semi erection) and this hasnt happend in a year or more

I think I'm gonna do the same thing boxer(simple). Big Al had posted awhile back, how short but intense routine's can be very benificial.
I'll keep experimenting though.
