Yea, ive tried L arginine for over a month with no real noticable results, I was taking about 2-3 grams a day with 500 mg of vitamin C but I didnt feel anything, then I read your thread were you said you uped all your supplement dosages and then you got the results you were looking for, so next week Im going to run out and get some more aarginine and try 5 or 6 grams a day and see what happens

Woke up this morning with a semi erection , nothing raging or anything, kinda just like a realy plump flaccid. Its a little dicouraging but I belive its improving slowly.It kind of makes me feel better because I no its not just in my head, cuz if it were Id be poping boners at night all the time right. I just edged for over an hour, it was fucking great.It took me a little while to get fully hard but once i was rock i was able to get to the PONR so many times it was rediculous, I lost count after 8 or 9. I was going to stop and not bust but I couldnt hold back it just happend, and what a load it was, damn. I hope tomorrow I have some nice morning wood and hopfully a serious flaccid hang after wards, only time will tell

Woke up during the nioght with a boner but I had to pee so I think it was caused by the need to urinate, then I when back to sleep and woke up again with nothing, kinda starting to worry me, so Im going to take yet another rest day from my normal routine and just edg a little bit, not for an hour maybe just 30 min or so. Im still on the five Gs and I cant tell if anything is happening, Im also staring to qeustion my diet, as im trying to cut weight i dont think im eating enough, I feel kind of weak right now, but im dow to 200 pounds now which is one step away from my last goal of 195 but I think i need to get more calories or els my EQ is fgoing to suffer like this for a long time. , so as you no (anyone whos read this log) ive had a shittty EQ for some time, but today I was able to get a raging woody, it was sick, I wish there was a girl with me so I could be like "LOOK AT THIS" haha, anyways im still a little unsure of why my EQ droped so much, maybe a combination of to much kegels,not eating enough and lack of sleep, either way things apper to be fixing them selves, Im going to eat real good, and get a good nights sleep , Im also not going to pe today, just some edging and im going to try not to bust my nut.
