    Just took my measurments and they are:

    BPEL-7.25"
    EG midshaft-5.1"
    base girth is exactly the same as midshaft.

    • Break day 2.

      Flaccid hang is good.Had a good nights sleep last night and I woke up with a boner, I had to pee really bad so it may have just bein a pee boner but a good sign none the less, I acctually had to wait a good while for it to go away.
      Took my supplements today and my body feels great ( for the past few days I had some pains in my belly, possibly for NO xplode). Thing are looking good right now.

        Not much to log, Im really just logging to keep track of what day im on.My flaccid is still nice and hanging, no turteling.EQ is not very high today, im kind of down on that, but I think it will get better soon.

        • Enjoy the break boxer! Will be checking back on your findings regarding break benefits. I'm thinking that by edging regularly, you'll prevent any loss of gains. This break will be great for you dude, you're gonna come back so refreshed and ready to get back at it. Keep us posted brother.

              Im hungover like you wouldnt belive right now, I dont now why I drank so much lol, I guess I just wanted to have a goood day off since I havn't had one in so long.Anyways, my flaccid is good and I was able to get a stiffy in like 2 seconds this mornig just by thinking of sex, it was great, Ill probably edge later on if im not sleeping off this hangover lol.

              Anyone got any good hangover tips ? let me no lol

                      • Thanks for your reply. I know you've been taking a decon break, and I noticed that since I went into it; my morning wood generally got worse. It got better when i went back to 2 hour of edging a day lol.

                              • Hey Boxer,

                                I was just reading through your first page of post and the last week or so.

                                With the whole NO-xplode thing try reducing the amount to one scoop for a week or two 15-30 min before your workout (at the gym). I had the same problem when I first tried the stuff. I was an idiot and took 3 scoops right away because I thought since I'm use to caffeine.. big mistake, thought my heart was going to "Xplode". Work with a scoop for a week or so, and when you feel thats not having the desired effect start using 2 scoops untill you loose the desired effect and move to three. Dont go over three and I think they recommend after 6-8 weeks to take a couple weeks off so that your tolerance goes down again.

                                I haven't noticed any turtling after taking it, but then again I usually turtle after a hard workout (at the gym) anyways.
