  • *Congratulations Boxer, that's awesome that you've gained after 20 days!! I keep staring at my measuring tape EVERY single time I'm warming up lol, but I'm controlling myself until I hit the 90 day mark!! I'm at day 23 tomorrow!

      I NO MAN, its fucking hard to not measure. I kept saying " one month then measure" but I couldnt do it, 18 day's is still ok for meaasurment's.

          Hey man, its great to hear from you. Good stuff on your weight loss aswell budddy, What are you at right now if you don't mind me asking. Right now im bouncing between 197-200 Lbs, I love walking bay my mirror and seeing what a difference ive made, it's awsome

            Ive noticed that when I edge and DON'T bust my nut, my dick kind of turtles a bit, but when I DO ejaculate my hang is amazng, my dick is a little tired but deffianatly have a better hang after busting.

            Is this wierd? anyone else notice this or is it just me?

              I'm "bouncing" between 200 and 205. The big belly is noticeably deflated and the love handles are dwindling. Man, would I love to get down to 180, but I'll be happy if I hit the low 190's this time around.

                • JP Routine day 21 June 13th
                  Great workout today, awsome engorgment but im acctually going to try somthing different. Im going to do some internal stretches right after I warm up again, I dont no if it will be to much for my dick but ill no after I try. I really want to try somthing different just to see how I react to it.

                  • JP Routine Day 22 June 14th
                    Routine was great, But befor I did my acctuall routine I tried some JAI stretches to see how they would feel, there very light and not intense so I may begin to incorperate them threwout the day.

                    The other night I also tried internal stretches, I don't no if i did them correctly bacause I couldn't really feel the stretch targeting the area between my nuts and ass, so im not sure if I did them correctly.

                    Id also just like to say that all the video's provided are awsome, thank you everyone who helped in the video/exercise section of the forum, great stuff.

                      I Didn't have the best workout today, I cut it a little short because the V-Jelqs just felt a little off today.

                      I warmed down in a really hot bath and did some JAI stretches while sitting in the tub, ill probably do a few more sets of these threwout the day whenever I have a chance.

                          The Jai stretches are a great exercise for length .... I do 100 reps in my routine .... while taking a piss i do mini-jelqs ....

                              • JP routine day 24 June 16th

                                Logging a little late tonight but what ever. Had a good workout but I cut out ALL V-Jelqs, I only stretched and did 300 wett jelqs. I wanted to do the whole routine but I really just felt like doing normal jelq's, and you should alway do what your body feels like doing right?

                                Ive also bein doing JAI stretches threwout the day and I gotta to you I LOVE THEM, there not intense or anything but it keeps my hanging nice all day long, Ill definatly keep these in my routine for sure.

                                Im going to go to sleep now in the good ol fowfer position.
