  • JP routine Day 25 June 17th
    Alright, I didn't follow the routine today, I wasn't felling like doing the whole thing so all I did was 200 wet jelqs very slow and edgeed right after, then threwout the day I did some JAI stretches.

    Tomorrow will be a rest day then ill be right back to my regular routine and stick with it.

    Id also like to add that today I decided to measure my length and ive gained about .25" in NBPEL, and about 1/16 in BPEL. Ive lost weight so this could be the cause of the length gain.

      REST DAY
      Today I woke up and had an alright flaccid hang but then I started to turtle up and my ball's shrunk up to. Kinda wierd seeing as ive done nothing all day, just sat on my ass and drank green tea and ate some food. But I have bein feeling kind of sick for the past few day's, Ive bein sitting on the toilet for a good bit of my day lol, maybe this has something to do with it.

          Sounds like it could be the problem Boxer. I know how you feel, I just went through a little stomach bug myself. Really sucks all the way around, and rest was the only thing that helped me.

            Yeah this deffinatly suck's, ive had this girl calling me to hangout and I no she want's to play with my pecker lol, but I don't want any girl coming over when I have the shitts, that's just not right.

              Not the best workout today, infact I didn't do any V-jelqs at all, they didnt feel good so I just stretched and jelqed normaly and added a few extra jelqs to compinsate for the V Jelqs.

              I no I already took a break but at the end of the 30 day's on this routine I will be taking another 1-2 week break for personnal reasons.

                GOod workout today, did the whole thing without problem.

                I don't really like V jelqs very much, I find normal jelq's to be much better and more productive in my oppinion, but im still gong to do the V jelq's until the routine is over, then im going to find another routine and try it out, maybe just make my own up.

                I don't no about taking a break anymore, I may and I may not, I have yet to make up my mind, ill no in a few day's.

                      1 week off then back at it, don't ask me why, im just taking a break.

                      But on another note, I was getting spontanious erections ALL DAY, it was crazy, I think the horny goat weed im taking is doing somthing

                        That's pretty interesting actually... The side v-jelqs feel really good and does wonders for my E.Q. Hell, i think for my EQ, it's done more than regular Jelqing.

                          I Think the goat weed is JUST starting to take effect now, but I was looking some stuff up about it and I found some way's to improve on its effectivness. Take it with L arginine and cayenne, apparently they compliment eachother very well, so im going to try it out, and I also no that vitamin C with arginine will increase the NO produced so im going to try stacking these all together and see what happen's

                            Im just coming off a 7 day break which I took for personnal reasons and I just had a great workout.
                            Great engorgment the whole way threw and the stretches felt good to. Im picking up right were I left off so im not counting the break as part of the 90 day's.

                            Im running low on lube so ill need to pick some up (mental note).

                            Ive also switched up my supplement's, Im going to try horny goat weed with L arginine and cayenne pepper for a while to see what happen's and Ill save all the other herb's and supplement's for another time. I want to find a combo of stuff that work's the best.

                              Not the best workout today, kind of feeling shitty today so I guess this played a part in my PE. V jelqs sucked ass more then ever today but normal jelqs felt good. hopfullly ill have a better workout tomorrow.

                              On another note, today is the 1 month mark in my routine, im now one 3rd of the way done witch is great, ill probalbly measure somtime next month though since ive already measured a few weeks ago.

                              • Just edged for about an hour and busted a serious load, it shot like a rocket lol.

                                Its bein a while since I edged and it feel's great to get back into it. im going to try to do it at least 3 times a week if I have time.
