JP Routine Day 31 June 30th
I acctually didn't follow JPs routine today, I was strapped for time so I just did my warm up, about 10 JAI stretches with heli shakes, then 300 wet jelqs now im warming down. I no it sounds like im half assing it but im really not, I find normal jelqing to be the most effective workout so Id acctually rather just doing them, but im still going to stick with the program till it's done, or until I see Negitive PI's.
Rest day today, was out celebrating canada day last night.
I had a dream last night about Ellen Degeneres , it was kinda wierd cus I dont think she's hot at all but I banged her in my dream lol, woke up with a stiffy to .
Im gonna take it easy all day, just going to sit on my ass and play with my pecker haha.

Had an ok workout today, jelq's felt really good, V jelq's not so much, so I cut out the V jelq's and did an extra set of normal jelqing. warmed down in a hot shower while doing JAI stretches and Heli shakes.
Damn I donno about the V jelq's, I think m just going to say F it with them and take the out all together, Ill give them another go tomorrow and if im not liking them then there done, what's the point in doing a PE exercise if it dosn't feel good right?

Flaccid hang is really nice, fat and long most of the day if not all day. I hav'nt masterbated or watched any porn for a while now and Im feeling pretty good, my imagination is taking over now and I can get hard with just my mind now. JP Routine Day 35 July 4th (today)
Rest day today.
Im going to start doing a kegel routine now aswell since I never really had a consistant one.
Today I did 75 kegel's, 25 quick,25 5 second hold's, then 25 as long as I can hold for. Ive noticed right off the bat that my PC need's work, I could barly get through them all, and none of them felt really strong, so i deffinatly have work to do, but on the other hand im kind of glad I descoverd this because now I know were to focus on for getting a stronger dick.
Im going to stick to the 75 kergel's for now and do them everyother dya, then up it to 100 in a week or so.
I have not masterbated or edged in almost 5 day's now and I feel no difference in sex drive or labido, I feel almost like im losing some. Im going to go a few more day's then im going to start edging again.
Ive also not watched ANY porn for a long time, id say at least 8 or 9 day's
JP Routine Day 36 July 5th
Did the whole routine today, pretty good workout, but stretches didn't feel the best. This happend befor with the stretching and I ended up taking out all stretches for almost a month, and when I came back to them they felt great. Maybe this is happening agian and it's almost time for a break from stretches. Ill give it a bit longer befor I make any decision's.
Sex stories are great btw, I tried them out while cutting down on my porn.
