Long time since my last post in the PE log but I have been keeping logs in my phone every day.
For the last few months I have been mostly pumping and jelqing, with some gains in girth but I also want to work on length.

I realize now that the way I was using SG was completely (well not completely but almost :P) wrong - I am actually using the tension rods properly now and I am struggling with finding a way to stay comfortable. I notice that around the 20' (minute) mark I tend to have soreness near the balls area as the base of the SG device is sort of putting some pressure on it. I am gonna try to wrap underneath the base and see how that works.

Every day I try to increase the amount of time I use the SG. I am able to use 1.75 rods, with about 1" extra from rolling the base rods out, getting out to about 7" BPFSL, which is pretty nice for my first week. This is the start of my second week and I have been able to get at least an hour a day of solid SG wearing. I will work on increasing this time over the next couple of weeks! Slow and steady. Also I am continuing with a pump and jelq every night, followed with some SG if I have time.

Sizegenetics 1.75"+1.375" for a total of 2 hours (did it in 6x20' blocks), still figuring out how to make it more comfortable - it gets unbearable after 20 minutes of wearing it as it keeps bothering the base skin, esp. near the scrotal area. I dont know yet what to put there to help cushion it.

no pump/jelq today, did some kegels though (with RKs too).

Today, did not have much time for PE but did use ACE wrap for most of the day, along with some regular manual stretches and kegels (Xiibil routine, intermediate level).

              SG 2 hours yesterday!
Going for 3 hours SG today, slowly getting more used to it. It definitely feels more comfortable when I'm standing up, but I'm also getting used to it when I'm sitting down.

              Also may pump 5' J 5'

I just wanna say that PE is a great journey, and I am finding a lot of strength from my consistency.

I am putting in 4+ hours of SG each day now, and figuring out new ways to get it to be more comfortable. The skin is getting used to the tugging and eventually I will too. Just keep on going, and go for it.

I am not pumping every day but once I get in a good routine, hopefully in the next week or two I'll get to pumping on a daily basis. Loving every minute of this journey. Thankful too.

Had a general question regarding using the sizegenetics extender, because for the last two months I've been having success on and off but not really been consistent because it is really hard to wear for more than 45 minutes at a time, when I get really sore and stuff.

I remember reading that the general rule for extending is to extend about 1 cm beyond your maximum flaccid stretched length (BPFSL). Is that right? I'll post this as a question in the forums too.

Took a deconditioning break for half of March, and will be doing a new routine for the nxt 3 months from 4/1 to 7/1.
                    Every day:
                    100 DLD blasters
                    15' jelq
                    15' pump, air
(will be a pump-jelq-pump-jelq-pump-jelq routine, 5 mins ea.)
varying amounts of time in SG - each day my schedule is different, but I will make a point of doing a PE routine early in the morning every day so that I can get it started right! I anticipate the DLD blasters, jelq, and pump will take about 45', so I'll add an hour to my morning routine accordingly.
