Hello everyone, I feel like I have been waiting around more than long enough to get a log started along with a consistent beginners routine. I have been a member on here since last fall, I have just finished workout #3. Started my program on April 3rd 2010, I will be PEing 4 days a week due to my schedule, which is as follows: one day on, one day off, one day on, one day off, two days on, and one day off. Not sure if this will slow down my potential progress or not. Is that too much time off each week? Also, should I warm down? I have read mixed opinions on that.. My routine is as follows: Warm-up for 10 minutes, stretch for 5-10 minutes, 4 sets of 25 kegels when stretching, and I do two sets of 50 wet jelqs, along with two sets of 30 V-jelqs. I am going to wait for a week or possibly two, to add a third set of both wet jelqs and V-jelqs that are recommended in JP's 90 day beginners routine. I want to see how my body feels before I add anything else to my workouts, while still making slight adjustments to my grip, pressure, etc. I feel I finally have the modivation to stay consistent with PE, I am very patient as I know that I will not see results over night, any other tips or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
