1 week rest for now. left nut is currently under observation.

Ok back again after 1 week of worrying about my left nut being sore, well it turned out to be okay and it wasn't my left nut that is sore but my left butt cheeks probably because of my old chair giving me discomfort during hours of sitting.

This routine is going to reset to day 1 tomorrow.
