Hey fellow PE'ers, I wanted to make a log to track my progress and hold myself accountable to the commitment of size gains that I made/declared in my introduction.
Here is the URL to my introductory post for anyone interested in reading it.

So I've been training very lightly for the past couple of months and I decided to start into the JP 90 day beginner routine. I've completed the first two days, so without further ado - here is the log.
Day 1:
* 10 Helicopter shakes in each hand.
* Stretch to the right for 25 quick kegels
* Stretch to the left for 25 quick kegels
* Stretch downward for 25 quick kegels
* Stretch straight out for 25 quick kegels
* Stretch upward for 25 quick kegels
* Slow Circular stretch in a clockwise direction for 10 repetitions
* Slow Circular stretch in a counter-clockwise direction for 10 repetitions
* 50x Wet Jelqs
* 30x V Jelqs
* 20x 3 second Kegels
* 5 minute warm-down
Day 2:
NOTE: I have decided not to do helicopter shakes since it increases my erection level too much to stretch.
* 50x Wet Jelqs
* 30x V Jelqs
* 50x Wet Jelqs
* 30x V Jelqs
* 30x 3 second kegels and 30x 3 second reverse kegels (back to back)
* 5 minute warm-down

One thing to note is that many advocate that it is not ideal to Stretch and Kegel at the same time. I am not an expert on this but I think it can harm your pelvic floor muscles.
