  • Brazallo log, from beginner to advanced

So I made a thread asking for help after three months of JP90 and thought, hey why don't I make a log for people that find themselves in a similar situation to follow or find information/inspiration. I will start doing the Big Als Jelq free routine today (29th april/2017) and report back next Saturday. The log will be updated every Saturday so the log doesn't get clogged with minor updates.

My JP90 experience: Very good, overall penis health became better and I did gain in length and girth. I did the program with slight variations(didn't kegel on the stretching part) and added some stretches later on. I went from 5.31x3.93 to 5.70x4.72 BPEL/EG in this time.

    Goals: 3 months: 6x4.9 / 6 months: 6.3x5.1 / 12 months: 6.6x5.3

Measurments: 29/4/2017: Starting Big Al's Jelq Free Routine 5.70x4.72 BPEL/EG
    Current Measurements: 28/05/2017: 5.94/4.92 BPEL/EG

Late update since life got in the way. Started last Saturday with the Jelq free routine, more of a trial day to see how my penis responded. Then I did Mon/Wed/Fri and the reps are as follows:

Monday: The Squeeze 20repsx15sec and 200 side-to-side stretches
Wednesday: The Squeeze 25repsx15sec and 300 side-to-side stretches
Friday: The Squeeze 25repsx15sec and 300 side-to-side stretches
Monday: The Squeeze 25repsx15sec and 300 side-to-side stretches

Overall everything has been going well. I will be upping my reps on the squeeze to 50 starting tomorrow and go up to 400 side-to-sides. Only problem I've been having is grip strength when doing the side-to-sides. I will start to take 2 min breaks while doing them in order to maintain a good grip and downward pull. Had some swelling at the frenulum after my first sessions, mainly because of sloppy grip in the side-to-sides but it subdued rather quickly and I haven't had a problem with it since.

Very late update! Everything has been going smooth since my last update. I upped my reps in the side-to-side to 500 and the last 2 weeks have been as follows:

      Wednesday: The Squeeze 50x15sec and 500 side-to-sides
      Friday: The Squeeze 50x15sec and 500 side-to-sides
      Monday: The Squeeze 50x15sec and 500 side-to-sides
      Wednesday: The Squeeze 50x15sec and 400 side-to-sides
      Saturday: The Squeeze 50x15sec and 500 side-to-sides

If you still have your foreskin intact I found a good way to get less friction put on the frenulum(the part that connects your foreskin to the gland). Use a small piece of cloth that you can wrap around your penis behind the gland. This greatly helped me reduce swelling caused by friction and gripping.

New measurements are also in! 5.944/4.92 BPEL/EG
Good gain in both girth and length so overall I'm happy with the routine!

Very nice girth gains! You must be a grower, i have heard of people here gaining much from just EQ, would you say you had a bad EQ prior to P.E?

Seems like you are running a very high intensity jelq count i would say that is whats adding the most to your gains!

Wait thos are from stretches only.. i thought it was jelqs! jesus i do close to none stretches and i have had good results, this is motivating to start stretching more!

I would consider better EQ to be the main source of girth gains. I started to do kegels on a more regular basis when i started this routine, about 20-30 a day. That's not much but I tend to forget to do them .

I didn't have bad EQ before, would consider it average. The only source for girth in the routine, if I have understood it right, is The Squeeze. So basically, better EQ paired with the routine have given me results. When I feel really comfortable with the routine I'm thinking about starting to jelq every other day with some stretches. That is down the line tho, maybe 1 month from now.
