1st Goal: 8.0 BPEL; 6.0 MEG; 6.0 BEG

The biggest key to measuring is always do it the same. Same technique, same body positioning, same angle etc. This way the only variable is the growth.
Don't try for faster, keep working the routine and building on conditioning and penis knowledge. The growth will come.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Sorry we posted at the same time. If you want you can use a string to avoid the width of the measuring tape. I would suggest not worrying and continue with the tape.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

I'd say I can keep up the 5 days on, 2 days off format with no problems. Is this preferable compared to the 2 days on, 1 day off format? Should I finish this second week to see how I feel first and then decide?My Progress Log - The Pink Mile

I have read up on using edging to increase gains, so from now on I am planning on using it every day. Tips on this, of course, are welcome.
Week 2, Day 2 (30/04/17, Sun):
- Warm up 10 mins with rice socks
- Helicopter shakes
- Stretch to the left with kegels, big circles left and right
- Helicopter shakes
- Stretch to the right with kegels, big circles left and right
- Helicopter shakes
- Stretch straight out with kegels, big circles left and right
- Helicopter shakes
- Stretch straight up with kegels, big circles left and right
- Helicopter shakes
- 3 sets of 100 wet jelqs and 90 v-jelqs
- Total of 300 wet jelqs and 270 v-jelqs
- Warm down 6 mins with rice socks
- Edged for about 20 mins
My penis did not feel nearly as sore today as it did yesterday, so the soreness might have been from 'feeling alone' so much throughout the day.
For the edging, what are the current opinions from the resident experts? The logic behind it granting more gains makes perfect sense, and it does seem to be good practice for many other aspects (despite me, in my opinion, definitely not having a stamina problem). I currently do it with the help of (some A-grade quality) porn; I'm not sure what the popular opinion relating to that is either.
Does edging actually help with gains? If so, what is the best time to do it, in relation to the rest of the routine? Start, half-way through, before warm down, or after warm down (the one I am currently doing)?

Following BigAl's advice, I will now edge before the warm down. Having said that, after some quick measurements, it seems that edging has in fact accelerated my gains, as I seem to have increased about 1/16 of an inch in girth in one or two days since taking up edging. Very excited about this
