      Today I hit 8 3/8 BPFSL for all but 2 sessions! I'm pretty excited about that. I measure after the basic stretching section and then measure again after the DLD rotaries. After the rotaries I sometimes get an extra 16th of an inch (I'd go from 5/16 to 3/8).

      I don't log 16ths though, I just round them down to the nearest 1/8th. If I were to measure at 3/16ths, I would write 1/8 in my log book.

            Today I was so close to 8 1/2 BPFSL I almost came close to lying to myself, haha. I was just under, but maybe I'll see it soon.

                Hit 8 3/8 every session today. My BPFSL has been at 8 1/4 most of the time pre session. I always measure before the session to see where I'm at. It's not there 100% of the time, but I think my body is starting to realize I want it there.

                    I was really busy today so not as many sessions as usual. I'm going to start weening off. My pre routine BPFSL has been at 8 1/4 pretty often. I'm going to start by only doing 2 sessions in the morning, afternoon, and evening for a week. That's 6 sessions. If that works out I'll start doing 1 session in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

                    I don't think I actually lengthened my ligs or tunica doing this, even though my BPFSL has increased by 1/4 of an inch over the last month. (I started this log a bit after I started the routine. Took some experimenting to find out what worked). I think that with a routine like this, since you are stretching often, but relatively light, you train your ligs to rest in a relaxed state.

                    I also want to ween off because when I get back into a smooth muscle based routine I want my unit to be pretty unused to the stress.

                        Same stats as yesterday.

                        I felt like edging after the last session tonight and I decided to not ejaculate. I went for 10 minutes. I'll do 15 minutes instead next time but it was a spontaneous thing tonight. I usually edge every other day with ejaculation, but I'll start edging without ejaculating in between those days.

                        I don't think I'll go my normal edging time on no ejaculation days. I'll keep it to 10-15 minutes for now. I usually go 30-60 minutes, but I don't like going that long without releasing.

                        From now on I'll use these acronyms.

                        EWE - Edging With Ejaculation

                        ENE - Edging No Ejaculation

                          Got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday so I feel asleep earlier than usual. Here's yesterdays sessions though.

                            I don't think my BPFSL is going anywhere at this point. I'm still going to keep doing this until Friday. I have an idea of what I'm doing after, but I still need to research and think it through.

                              Ok, so now today I was surprised with 4 measurements at 8 1/2 BPFSL today. I was planning on changing up routines next week, but I don't know anymore. I measured multiple times to recheck and it was for real. Also my EQ has been slightly, but noticeably, lower recently which is a signal that more gains may come from this routine.

                              In the middle of June, my daily schedule may change, that isn't certain yet either, but if it does there is no way I will be able to continue a routine like this with multiple sessions throughout the day. I will keep doing this routine until then and see if more gains come.
