I got cocky at the end of my set and decided to take pictures for you guys, word of advice never get cocky during an extreme pumping set. What you are doing requires 100% of your attention. I pulled a blister on my head for my trouble. All it takes is one second of inattention at this pressure.

My recommendation is to stay as still as a statue when the pressure goes up. Do not bend, do jumping jacks anything of that nature.

I posted pictures on my album of what 30 HG looks like, injured my self taking that photo, this exercise requires your full attention.

I lanced the blister immediately. It doesn't hurt at all, I'm confident I could do another set tonight with no problems. I'll probably report back later.

CFM stands for cubic feet per minute, basically the power of the pump. It pulls the full vacuum almost instantanously. You need to drill a small hole as a release valve, 1/8 inch in order to gradually build up pressure with half your finger or less on it, and let go to instantly release pressure.
Cfm is not static pressure. Static pressure is how much vacuum it can create. It is related via the system curve of the fan. I'm a mechanical engineer and design fan and pump systems.

So is CFM not the rate at which it pulls a full vacuum? That is what I meant.

This is how it was explained to me.

                      higher CFM=faster pull of vacuum.

I apologize if I worded it poorly.

I never mentioned static pressure. The static pressure would be 30 HG, correct?

Once again sorry if I worded it poorly, causing confusion.

The pump I linked was 3CFM. This pulls faster than 1.5CFM, correct?

I dunno. His argument seemed pretty compelling.

Depends on what you mean as "Faster". It is moving more air in the same amount of time. So if they were each hooked up to the same size tube it would be essentially moving the air twice as fast down the tube.

That being said, you can have fans that move the same amount of cfm but one creates 3x more suction than the other. Or vice versa. The general rule of pumps and fans is that the more product you ask it to move the less suction/pressure it creates.

PS. I didn't see dick pics. (That's a first I am asking a guy for dick pics)
