I didn't think I would make one of these logs but now after a few months it's seems like a good idea. If anyone new reads this, make a log and don't half-ass measure like I had done.
I believe I started out with BPEL 6.0 MEG 5.0 I didn't measure properly until a few months in because it didn't matter as long as it was getting bigger and with better EQ. Around month two and accurately measure it was BPEL 6.50 MEG 5.25. So either I measured incorrectly or gained, you decide. My flaccid has gotten larger and Fuller, that's always a plus.
My routine has veered from the typical JP90. I do a 6 days on 1 day off but I'm considering doing 3 on 1 off. I have been warming up, stretches left, right, up, down with no set number, helicopter or as I like to call it "fling that little bastard all over the place". Then depending on if I'm in the bath or laying in bed, I water pump or air pump at 5hg for 5 minutes, with 20ish kegels. Then I do 25-30 Jelqs, stretch and helicopter again. Then pump up to 7hg but it will settle down to 5-6hg for 15 minutes. I repeat jelqs/stretches/helicopter, ending with with another 15 minute pumping session and warm down. I've also been taking 1000mg of L- Arganine and not sure on mg's but zinc. I plan on starting Magnesium next week.
As for my pump, it's a Frankenstein that I pieced together. Feel free to laugh ☺👌 because I do but it works. I purchased a regular ball pump cylinder off of eBay, then added the brake bleeder kit to it. Hence the water pumping or air pumping, best of both worlds. I'll probably end up buying a bath mate one day or LG hanger.
So to sum this up. Make a log, measure correctly in the beginning, follow the JP90 because it really is a good routine to start off with or create your own twist off of it like I did. I believe PE is effective if you are committed, and as long as you don't over do it, take breaks/off days. My penis size has increased with better EQ.
Feel free to ask questions or add your opinion on something I could be doing better.

I'll continue this week by doing the same routine as tonight and take Friday off. Depending how the weeks workout goes I might take Saturday off. I'll try to remember to do 200 kegels as I'm going to sleep.
As I stated in my "introduce yourself" speech, I started experiencing ED now in my early 30's. I didn't feel it was too major yet but definitely wanted to start looking into it before it became a major issue. I searched "signs and symptoms of ED". Low and behold....yes, I had been experiencing pee pee problems. At this point, if I remember correctly, it was 4-5 times I lost an erection during intercourse over a years period. This was frustrating for me not because I lost the erection, but because my wife had already got off, which left me stuck with blue balls and limp dick. So, why was I experiencing ED, you might ask? My conclusion is several factors, 1. Depression and anxiety, 2. Weight gain from said depression and anxiety, 3. I believe I had some sort of mental thing going on where I focused too hard on pleasing my wife (she actually complained of multiple orgasms, but that's another story).
