Hey guys,
I am finally creating this tracker after nearly a month and a half since starting PE exercises. I would LOVE some feedback on what I'm doing by the experts because no matter how many threads I read, I am never sure I completely understand what I am doing.
Before I started I read 'Penis Exercises: A Healthy Book for Enlargement, Enhancement, Hardness, & Health' by Rob Michaels. I think I understand the contents pretty well as of now. What I have been doing is the Beginner's routine from the book:
I started exercising twice a week for two weeks, with 2 sets of 30 second stretches (forward, down, up, left, right) and 10 minutes of jelqing. I generally kept my erection at a 40-60% level during my jelqing, although it wasn't always easy to keep it within this range.
During weeks 3 and 4 I worked my way up each time to 90 second stretches and 16 minute jelqing sessions. I saw AMAZING results at first - especially throughout week 3 - with increased length and hardness, until I started noticing pain in the ligaments above the penis and even some inner pain.
I realized during week 5 that I was overdoing it, so I cut back quite a bit and all the pain has gone. So in week 5 and 6, I have been doing 30 second stretches and started again with 12 minute jelqing sessions, and worked my way up to 40 second stretches and 15 minute jelqing sessions.
Most of the pain is gone although I still do experience some mild pain sensations, briefly. I suspect it's the stretching, so as a result I have been putting a lot of effort into my warm ups, by adding a hot shower before the normal rice sock warmup (which also makes my bathroom a warmer and humider environment) and completing the workout with a brief fresh shower.
Finally, I also add edging (sometimes on workout days and other times on off days). And, I recently bought garlic, maca, and other natural supplements which I think do contribute to stronger erections, and almost completely replaced coffee with green tea.
About me: unfortunately I am a bit on the small side, with 2 inch flaccid length and 4.75 inch erect length. However, ever since starting I noticed higher flaccid length and 5 inch full erect length. I have a curve towards the left which I would love to correct. It's like my left tunica is 1/2 " shorter than the one on the right. Measuring flaccid length is difficult because I am not always at 2", it really varies, but there are days when my penis turtles in which is kind of embarrassing (people do notice and do laugh...).
My main goal is to increase flaccid length so I try to jelq near slightly above 40%. The exercises have helped but I would love to be able to keep my penis at 3" when flaccid, so I have been contemplating the use of some kind of device. I work from home a lot so that would be easy for me (any advice would be really appreciated).
My plan is to continue with this beginner routine and make slight increases in intensity for the next few weeks. Then, in mid-June, I would like to possibly go into a full routine.
Thank you very much for all your suggestions! I will be working out later so I plan to add a post today.
