Lol thanks. I don't jelq but sometimes I do some all directional stretches before wearing. You should follow the program outlined. You won't have a lot of tension initially because you need to just get used to wearing it. Keep up wirh your hours and add rods as instructed. You shortcut and you'll not get intended results. I am proud to announce my first length gains in a couple years. I am now 7.75" .

Extended 8 hours yesterday. I'm resting this weekend. Been going several weeks straight and I'm starting to stay sore at the base of the head where the noose rests.
